Owned a couple of roof top tents in my years. Recently purchased one from on the horizon & quality is A1 , very spacious , great prices & placing my order was quick & easy with very helpful staff .

We specialise in larger rooftop tents — ranging from 1.4m to 1.9m — where most other brands top out at 1.2–1.3m. That extra room means real comfort for couples and families, not a cramped compromise. Every tent is designed with practicality and usability front of mind: setup takes under 60 seconds, it fits any cross-bar or tub-rack roof system, and it's built to handle real Australian conditions — from red dirt to coastal wind to alpine rain. Alongside rooftop tents, we stock camping accessories, 4x4 recovery gear, and a country/western apparel range. We're a growing family-run business based in South East Queensland, currently trading online with our shirts also stocked in select local stores. Everything we sell is tested on real trips before it reaches you — not just photographed in a studio. Whether you're planning weekend getaways or serious outback travel, On the Horizon is built to get you out there, set up fast, and get you resting easy under the stars.

Great products.

Great products.. If you are camping anywhere in Aussie.. you should look at the rooftop tents.. easy to use.. durable.. comfortable. There is also much more available for all your camping needs.. just have a chat with the knowledgeable staff and enjoy your next trip

10/10 Service & quality

The team were so helpful & answered all my questions promptly. The rooftop tent fits our landcruiser cruiser perfectly. It's spacious and so quick to set up so we can spend more time doing the things we love. Highly recommend
