Great service.
Great idea to include collection dates on a calendar, it’s on my fridge to remind me when to put out the bin. Always collected on time. Can’t comment on the person who collects as he’s always here so early but bin always put back on kerb (unlike council bin men who just throw the bins over the street!!) Would recommend this service and it saves a trip to the tip every month, win,win :)

I absolutely recommend them.
They're really good. The drivers are incredibly helpful and have gone out of their way to check whether I want a collection when I've forgotten to put the bin out. The office have always been friendly and responsive when I've needed to call them.

Great service.
Although quite expensive, it does make life easier as I only have a little car so it saves me several trips to the tip.
They are very reliable, never have missed a pick up.

My bin is always emptied and returned to the place I have left it, so much so I frequently have to look inside it to see if Onward have been!
