Noise
The main issue is the drawer system: when sliding it, the metal rubs directly and scratches very easily. In addition, the noise it makes when opening is quite noticeable. Considering it is a metal piece of furniture, it should include some kind of part, guide, or system that softens the movement and prevents both friction and scratching.
I have checked the inside and, due to the design, there is no space to add felt or any other piece that could improve the drawer’s movement, so I have no way to fix it myself.
At the very least, I would appreciate it if you could take this issue into account for future pieces or design revisions, as it directly affects durability and the user experience.

Doppio difetto

Cordiali saluti,

Unmatched promises
I rated the experience with only 3 stars because they had agreed to send me the 4 rubber caps in case I'd need to remove the 4 wheels but I didn't receive them. So I was a bit disappointed. Overall, the product is as expected.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you're satisfied with the product overall.
Regarding the rubber caps, as explained in our previous correspondence, they were not part of the original order but an additional courtesy request. We did our best to include them, but unfortunately, due to our production process, we could not guarantee they would be added and communicated this in advance.
We're sorry that this affected your experience and appreciate your understanding. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
Kind regards,

Watch out - returns go to US at your cost - more expensive to ship than the cost price!
Received the unit as ordered however we wanted to return as did not suit the area. Reasonable to assume the unit would return to Turkey but I was provided a US address - all shipping & customs are at customers expense - would have cost 100's more than value of the item to ship there. They only added the return address to their website after I queried this.

Hello,
We did our best to assist with the return process and provided all available return addresses, including both our Turkey and USA return locations, to make the process as convenient as possible.
However, we did not receive any further response or return shipment from you after sharing these details. We kindly ask that you review our previous messages and emails, as the return information was provided there.
If you still need assistance, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
Best regards.
