Dear Oomo.

It was too good to be true. They worked fine for a few weeks and I was so glad I bought them. Out of nowhere the amplitude on the left earphone drops about 50 percent. I wrote to Oomo (using their website) about my situation. Here 10 days after still no answer except for the auto reply.

So now they are just completely useless.

That is first of all not acceptable in this price range for a headset and second its just poor customer service.

No I unfortunately cant recommend them to anyone.

I love the Oomo 3D 5.1 Immersive Earbuds tremendously. They offer the sonic clarity I’ve been looking for in earbuds for a long time. Finding the Oomo 3D 5.1 Immersive Earbuds for me was like hitting the jackpot of earbuds. With my 3D 5.1 Immersive Earbuds I can finally enjoy amazing sound as the sound engineers intended. I love that they produce lows you can actually feel, the mids are always just right as well as crisp clean highs with an immersive sound field. In my opinion they are second to none and the best bang for the buck.

I am not a fan of earbuds but my uncle got me one and it's the Oomo 3D Immersive Earbuds. To my greatest surprise this product changed my orientation and I started falling in love with earbuds. It has a nice sound and its fit it second to known. I am thinking of buying another one for a friend as a gift. I know he would love it!

Love these earbuds. Crystal clear sound, and they really block out background noise very well.... I can't even hear myself typing when they're in and I'm listening to music at my computer. They're amazing -- plus very fast, friendly customer service. They're a great team with a great product!
