Extremely easy to get an account. Had an issue with one of the prizes as they were Glastonbury tickets. However they kept you informed and swapped the prize immediately. .

Hi Samantha, thanks for giving OOOSCH a try. Winning is completely down to luck, so sometimes you may see the same lucky names more than once, while others might be waiting longer for their first win. Our winners are genuine and our live draws are there for everyone to watch. We pride ourselves on being transparent, and you can also see our previous winners online. Hopefully your name will be one of them soon!

Hi, we appreciate you sharing your experience. We understand that spending money and not getting the win you hoped for can be frustrating, but all competitions are games of chance and unfortunately there can never be a guarantee of winning.
If you feel something hasn't been right with your account or you have concerns about any of the competitions you've entered, please get in touch with us at info@ooosch.co.uk. We'd much rather have the opportunity to look into your concerns properly and answer any questions you have.

Hi Danny, thanks for your feedback. We can assure you that the outcomes are not manually controlled. All of our instant games are random, and every ticket has the same chance based on the published prize structure. We're proud of the transparency of our competitions, and if you have any questions about how our games work, please email us at info@ooosch.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

Hi Ellie, thanks for your feedback. We understand it can be disappointing not to win. All of our competitions and instant wins are games of chance, so unfortunately a win can't be guaranteed. We appreciate you giving OOOSCH a try, and we wish you the very best of luck if you decide to enter again.
