The only procedure that was difficult was the code for free delivery which would not accept the capital letters that advert stated after several attempts I entered lowercase and that went through. The item and delivery was excellent

Truly great experience
Truly great experience. Purchased Gingko Crystal Ball Light one evening and was pleasantly surprised the following morning to receive an email asking if I would like to include a personal message with the gift - which I thought was above and beyond any service I have received from an online seller.
