I just received my order, I'm disappointed .... it looks nothing like what is advertised. Not the same mdse I ordered, not the color and the sizing is not true to size. Nothing is as advertised by the Ootdress company. I am requesting a return and refund. Do Not Order from this company Ootdress. I sent 3 emails and haven't received a response.

I bought a pair of casual trousers and a blouse from ootddress.com last month, and I'm really impressed with the quality and fit. The trousers are exactly as pictured on the website, and the material is of high quality. The blouse, too, fits perfectly and looks great with both jeans and formal pants. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived neatly packaged. I'll definitely shop again at ootddress.com for their stylish clothing and reliable service.

Please DO NOT shop in this site. It’s FAKE, a SCAM and again a SCAM retailer.

I paid express for a dress I had to use and as per thier site you would receive it as its express the next day. It has been ten days and no emails, no responses and the email goes to China and no one reads it. Compared to other sites, you get your responses promptly and with action.

Lucky for me I used my credit card and my money has been refunded. They are the biggest scam company and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT use this company and hope it gets shut down.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! IT IS A SCAM. YOU TRY TO RETURN THE ITEM AND THEY ASK YOU TO SEND IT TO CHINA! THEY USE PICTURES FROM DIFFERENT WEBSITES (ZARA, ETC) AND WHAT YOU RECEIVE IS NOTHING LIKE IT.
DO NOT BUY!!!
1- I don't have to have to send you any pictures. I have 15 days to return my item. I asked to return it the same day I received it and I never said the reason was the damaged. WHY do I have to send you a picture?
2- I bought it in the UK and you are asking me to send it to China. 31 Euros item. First, that is not legal and second, that is pretty much not accepting returns.

I never said you are stealing. I said you are a SCAM.

I received an item that was damaged. When I contacted them, they were quite professional and communicative. They are the best and I definitely recommend them because they are the best.
