Completely useless item. Every one we have purchased have broke and literally fallen to pieces in under 2 weeks. Warranty is utter garbage as the cost to replace is more than the retail price plus it has to be mailed. Cheap materials, very sloppy manufacturing.... every one we purchased fell apart with virtually no solder holding internal wiring. Store had to go through 7 of these still in their boxes before we found one that worked brand new. garbage product. ..avoid.... seriously...avoid these ripoffs!!!

I have been buying these vape batteries from Ooze for a few years without incident, until the start of 2023. I had 3 vape batteries from them last year that all broke in the same place. Whatever process they changed now results in terrible quality, and there’s a production issue of some sort if they all continue to break in the same spot. After the third one I requested they refund me fully for my purchase or cover the shipping cost of the warranty replacement and they would do neither. The person responding to the emails, “Lola”, didn’t care at all, was rude, then just totally stopped replying. Terrible customer service and product quality.

Company sent me a non working vape pen with no warranty card. I emailed support and got no response. I wish I had read the reviews on this terrible company. They suck!

This website sent me a text message when i never sent them any information whatsoever. I never sent any information to thier site only to get a text message asking me to verify my age for a discount. If I was going to do business with them, this made me change my mind. Willing to invade your privacy to get a sale.

Horrible service. Places an order 5 days ago and my order still hasn't been shipped. There's no reason why it should take that long.
I just placed my first, and my last order with ooze.
Update. I did get the vape today. They never sent out a shipped notice.

They sent me a defective vape. Battery does not even turn on Brand New other package. Try charging still will not turn on. Contact it on with 2 emails. Because they do not have any phone numbers, no response. Instagram is limiting what you can say about their company. My reviews and complaints keep getting deleted. You have some people talking about, don't trust the reviews. Trust your gut. Well he's wrong he probably got paid to put that Review or something because I actually ordered them. I have a defective one I have emailed them twice. They do not respond next. I will be canceling the payment on my credit card.

Fast shipping, great customer service. I don't see why there is hate on this company. Don't trust a bad review trust your gut. I did with Ooze Life and am very pleased

Garbage.. I just bought my third and final adjustable voltage battery... Every single one of them broke within three weeks.. I charged it correctly I used brand new vape cartridges And I did not overcharge it.. You would have thought I learned my lesson after the second one however I decided to give it one more try.. Funny thing is when I bought the third one I came home and took it out of the box and it didn't even work.. Smoke shop would not refund money only exchange... So Here it is Two weeks later and it's completely dead..

Ordered a cart battery Friday afternoon and the money came out of my account and still haven’t got my battery yet and the location hasn’t moved on route app this website is a f piece of $hit scam if your not going to send me my battery send me my money back then and i have not received any emails either I’ve only gotten 1 email

Paid for a bundle with a vaporizer that didn’t ever arrive, now they ignore Support emails

i was getting worried after i ordered a pen because i was reading the reviews but i have nothing to complain about. ordered it, 3 days later its here un damaged and perfectly new. thanks ooze.

Good luck trying to reach these people for a warranty on your product. Nothing on their page works. I would not recommend!!

If you order from them they want you to buy a Shipping Confirmation service at a charge, I chose not to and got charged but nothing delivered, $50 gone.

Their customer service is as incredible as their products. They do their absolute best if you have any warranty issues.. more businesses need to be ran the way they do...thank you ooze

Absolutely no real customer service to speak of. I like the products for their price point but this is the worst online shopping experience I've had in a decade. On day 4 of nothing being shipped and no replies to emails.

I needed help submitting warranty claim. Very snarky replies. I thought the product was good for the 3 weeks it worked. How you going to tell a customer they are "sadly mistaken". I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Bought a clear series dab pen

Doesnt work whatsoever, appears to charge when in actuality, it doesnt work to begin with, the lights dont turn on.

Has been charging for well over 12 hours

Terrible company just bought those comet. Already stopped working after the second day thought I knew what the problem was but the piece that they sell online is sold out and they won't contact me which is ridiculous My advice don't buy any loose products just go for Dr dabber or something else

Wow didn’t see so bad customer service for long long time. It’s started nice with Ashley, but then Marie took over the case. Marie ignored everything what Ashley offered me with my claim. Very rude tone of her emails gave me ick. Ooze needs to make some clear procedures for their CS. Avoid this company. Overpriced products which are getting damaged very easily even if you using them accordingly to Ooze instructions. I won’t be buying via Ooze anymore. Waste of money, time and energy.
