I bought the brewery tour for my husband as a gift. He attended the tour and it stared off well, but the host wasn’t able to answer any questions about the difference between the brewing process here vs Dublin. One of the others in the group mentioned that they had a drink before they came to the tour (with their lunch hours ago might I add) the host then went and got a security man who advised that because they had 1 drink at lunch time, that the weren’t allowed to continue the tour. Funnily enough the host did this before the got to finish the tour, which mean they didn’t even get to have a drink and I paid extra (which my husband didn’t know as if was a surprise) to get a pint of Guinness with a photo printed. The host/security/manager all confirmed that there was no issue with their behaviour but because they mentioned they had a drink, that was it, they were no longer able to do the tour. What a terrible experience, please do not buy or go to the London Guinness Factory. The host couldn’t answer any basic questions so even for the time they were there for, it was rubbish.

Unfortunately during our visit on valentine's day. Our waiter said partner s card was declined. So he paid again. Later he looked on his phone
and he had been charged twice. 6 weeks later he is still trying to get this sorted. However no one at Guinness seems interested. It was for nearly £40 so not just a couple of quid.

Fabulous brewery tour. Daniel was amazing. The bar afterwards was so well done. Would absolutely recommend

Worth the visit!

Daniel our host, was incredible throughout! Engaging, extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic during the tour and tasting!
