Can’t fault them , had abit of nightmare trying to set up pc, customer service was a dream helped me sort it, then had an issue with the key sorted that for me as well. Highly recommend

Disk Never received

I Paid postage so expected to receive the disk and code. The activation code sent by email had been used several times before, had to activate by phone which makes me think there’s could be a problem with the purchase.

No success yet

Hi Opensmarttech, I haven't managed to put Windows 11 on yet, my computer keeps telling me I already have windows 11 on, which I know, but it's an oem version, which is why I needed to replace it. I'll get there in the end, but I'm not that tech savvy, bear with me...

Ordered MS Visio and Project

Ordered MS Visio and Project. Download instructions and Product Keys were emailed within a couple of hours. Both products downloaded and installed with no issues. Products were registered successfully with Microsoft over the internet. Visio had an issue with the licence key. Contacted them and received a new key within about 5mins which successfully activated with MIcrosoft. Excellent value for money. Will use again.
