Bought MS Office Prof Plus and MS Project Prof on 6th June 25, had assistance with loading and they both worked well. On the 14th July had MS message window advising this MS product is not valid. Both products no longer operate, over the last few days tried email message and WhatsApp to get assistance from Open smart but sadly no response. Will keep trying to get assistance but not confident this will happen.

I’m pleased to say that both the systems are installed and working well. I was contacted by the company owner Sibi, who was extremely apologetic and he resolved the issues quickly and had the systems up and running.

Scam! This company wasted days of my work by failing to provide the correct activation key for Office 2024. I sent them multiple emails & left phone messages but got just one reply, promising to email an installation confirmation code to me. Nothing! No refund! I will now do an American Express Chargeback & leave Amex to deal with Opensmarttech!

The service I received was excellent. The replies were prompt and on point. They did not disappoint with their promises. I am totally encouraged to purchase from this business again and I totally will. Thanks for your help.

I paid for a product did not get a download link contacted customer support they sent me another link which my antivirus picked up as being dangerous. I re-contacted the provider. They said they would give me a refund but never did stay away fraud scammers.

Terrible and ineffective Customer Service. I am very surprised this company has such a high rating on Trustpilot. I purchased Microsoft 365 Family and MS Project Pro 2016. Project was a straight forward installation and works. However the installation of MS 365 was never completed by the company representative after 5 days of trying. Therefore this does question the technical ability of the employees of this company. All through the processes it was clear by the delayed responses that they were dealing with a number of other clients on WhatsApp. Finally the WhatsApp conversation has now been ignored for 7 days. I was forced to subscribe to Microsoft to allow my Outlook and cloud storage to work again. My lack of cloud and outlook didn’t seem to bother the representative. I asked for a refund but no answer. I would recommend you use a different reliable company that are ‘open’ with you, ‘smart ‘ enough to complete the installation and ‘tech’ savvy.

Great value and outstanding customer service! Any issues are ironed out immediately and customer aftercare is clearly a priority. I highly recommend Opensmarttech and will deffinatly be using their products again.

Great service, very quick and easy to deal with. Great value product at a fraction of the cost of the most up to date version. I had some difficulty downloading the software but the WhatsApp support sorted it out very quickly.

I had an installation issue that the staff helped resolve although it took a couple of attempts to contact them.

Ordered MS Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 2021 LTSC on 15 June 2025. Downloaded and installed successfully but the authentication key provided by Opensmarttech did not work. Nothing heard since 16 June 2025 despite sending several emails and leaving voicemail messages.
4 July 2025. Opensmarttech apologised - my emails were being diverted into the junk folder and I was given the incorrect download. Correct download provided and now Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 2021 LTSC is up & running.

Found the company in the GoogleAds when searching to purchase a licence for Visio 2024 and at first was suspicious as the price was so reasonable. Checked reviews and there were enough to reassure me that the company was trustworthy, as well as the fact that I was able to check that they were approved suppliers via the Microsoft website, so I went ahead and purchased the download. It arrived within minutes with easy instructions.

Programme works perfectly, and I've paid £72 instead of the £339 from Microsoft!

The purchase was easy however getting first contact with tech support was a bit difficult but once connected with them the download was effected

After I purchased a software from your company (Visio - order No 66900) I needed some prod support help and the guy - Salbey (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful!
As I worked in the software company in the Prod Support team myself for years, I think the service provided was excellent!
