We hebben nog nooit eerder dergelijke feedback ontvangen – mensen realiseren zich niet dat dit een bak ijs is.
Veel andere merken volgen dezelfde aanpak als wij op de voorkant van de verpakking. De wettelijke naam staat natuurlijk op de achterkant van de verpakking, samen met alle andere belangrijke informatie, en er staat ook ‘ijs’ vermeld.

The calorie count in the salted caramel…
The calorie count in the salted caramel balls seems completely off. I have tried to weight each individual ball and they are 15grams instead of 9grams almost doubling the calorie content. I noticed as I have been gaining weight without understanding why.
Update: The size of the balls I have in my current boxes is exactly the same as I’ve previously seen. This current box has 04-2025 L3/107 09:49 written on it. I've bought them from several places (this time on Gopuff) and it's all the same. I'm shocked that you market this is a low calorie product.

Regarding your enquiry about the nutritional values, our boxes are packed to average weight and every now and then we may get an extra large ball that sneaks through.
However, to have this as a regular occurrence is very unusual and we'd like to investigate further.

I would give it no stars. It leaves a horrible taste in my mouth and when you eat it it is not very nice. No match for Haagen Dazs, might be more calories but also more and better flavour. Won't buy again.

We used to love the salted caramel…
We used to love the salted caramel lollies and the almond crunch and then the recipe changed and the ice cream is so soft and mushy so having had our last two out of the freezer tonight we won't be buying any more 😞

What you appear to be describing is freezer burn which can occur when the product is subject to temperature-abuse.
When our ice cream isn’t being stored at or below the correct temperature of -18°C, ice crystals can form and alter both texture and taste.
This temperature-abuse can happen during transit from the supermarket depot to the specific store which unfortunately is outside our control.

Really poor portion sizes
I bought a tub this evening and I was so disappointed to find the tub was literally only half full. I have pictures but I don’t seem to be able to upload them!
The ice cream tastes good but for the price.. really not worth it in my eyes and I think its a bit deceptive selling it in the same size tub and price as B&J with only half the content.

Rest assured, our ice cream tubs should be filled to the brim and what you are describing is temperature-abuse.
When our ice cream isn’t being stored at or below the correct temperature of -18°C, air inherent within the ice cream (which provides the creamy texture) is released causing shrinkage.
This temperature-abuse can happen during transit from the supermarket depot to the specific store which unfortunately is outside our control.

Terrible ice cream experience!
We decide to try out a new brand of ice cream and quickly came to regret it. An hour after eating my friend and I bloated up, and the bloat continued for three days including vomiting the next morning. We have no food intolerances and this came as a bad surprise to us!

What amazing products!
What amazing products! I have been an avid fan for a while now, and they keep coming out with wonderful new products! Their Choc Hazlenut balls are to die for and as an added bonus allow me to indulge guilt free! I can happily polish off a whole tub of their new caramilised biscuit flavour in one go, and still not worry my personal trainer! Keep up the good work Oppo!

Don’t try their Caramelized Biscuit Swirl. I tried Oppo Brothers Ice Cream for the first time on Tuesday eve with my partner. We really enjoyed the taste, however, within an hour our stomachs were the size of ballons! I’m not sure what ingredients they are using, but now we are on day two of the aftermath of this ice cream, where we have vomited, are bloated and in and out of the bathroom!

Awful experience with their products…
Awful experience with their products and “Customer Service”!
Our family have been consuming Oppo products for years and loving them, but we have always found the quality to be quite inconsistent. Unfortunately, we recently purchased a faulty batch of Salted Caramel Sticks, which tasted of rotten fish! When I reached out to Oppo Brothers, they kindly sent out some replacements, but these also had an unpleasant taste. Oppo Brothers won’t confirm whether they have changed the recipe or whether these were also substandard, but we will be giving their products and their ‘customer service’ a wide berth from now on!

New recipe is terrible
My family and I used to be regular customers, we were thrilled with Oppo's vegan Double Salted Caramel Swirl, until they did changes about 2 months ago to the recipe. I noticed the package had changed and the taste as well. It tastes cheap now, it's not creamy anymore, it's incredibly plain and boring, and the caramel is nowhere to be found. Very disappointing. You had a perfect recipe going on, whomever decided to change it has ruined it all. I don't know if you did this to cut costs, but no one I know likes the new Double Salted Caramel Swirl.
