Opretty is just amazing! All the products I’ve tried so far are absolutely incredible, Natalie is so kind and helpful and really makes sure we get the most out of products but showing us in detail how to use them properly! I’m so glad I’ve found opretty at 23 years old so I can start my skincare young, wonderful brand the live shows feel like you’re part of a family ❤️

Amazing product amazing smell great customer service.

Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive after a week & tracking showed that Royal Mail hadn’t even received the parcel! I made contact & after having to chase for a response & advising that I would like a refund, I was finally told they would look into it & come back to me. They didn’t get back to me, but the tracking mysteriously just updated to reflect that royal mail now had the item & it was moving through their system.
I contacted again requesting the return address, advising that I wouldn’t be keeping the item, as it had taken so long to arrive & I would like my money back. Was eventually given the return address & was told that my item would have to be inspected for a refund. Wow! I didn’t even open it upon arrival, just returned it straight away at my own cost. They then refunded me, minus my original postage, because apparently the return was just due to “change of mind” & no fault of theirs! 🤯
There was no mention of this in our previous correspondence, also this was clearly not the case & they knew full well why the item was being returned, however they took no responsibility whatsoever & just looked after themselves throughout! No customer care at all & an entirely unpleasant experience all round! Nope! 👎

Always buy from OPRETTY their tan eyelashes skincare and love their heartless hair wrap very friendly and customer service is excellent very happy customer 🙂

Magic potion in a bottle....ive tried MILLIONS of tans, but this is BEAUTIFUL. Gorgeous golden colour, lasts for days, doesn't go patchy, cherry scent when applying is lush and no tackiness AT ALL. Just love it!

It is so easy to order from Opretty,everything is packed very well whether you order one item or several..I had a missed item from my order and it was rectified very swiftly and I had my item the next day….Great service all round.

I came across Opretty during covid lockdown and instantly fell in love with the whole energy and premise of their business and soon became a customer and a continued supporter. Natalie is genuine, so helpful, relatable and always looks to her customers for what she can bring us to make our lives easier. Her moto of 'minimal effort, maximum results' saves us busy mums so much time on the school run.

The app is so easy to use and find everything you need. The products are outstanding and I wouldn't shop anywhere else. The products are always shipped out fast and the communication is on key. Thank you 😊 x

Although this was my first order after watching opretty for a long time, unfortunately my order was wrong. However emailed customer services and the next day Natalie arrived at my house with the correct order and let me keep the incorrect one as an apology. This was fantastic service really going above and beyond what other companies just wouldn’t do. Very happy customer.

These are just perfect!

The hair wrap makes morning as a busy working mum so easy. Pop it in the night before and hair looks amazing in the morning with no effort. Winning!! I also cant wait to take this camping, it’s gonna be a game changer.

The mirror. Great for get aways where the lights not great but also means I no longer have to share the mirror with hubby in the morning. Fits in my skincare bag, no problem. No battery’s! In fact it was that much of a hit I bought my friend one for her birthday. She loves it too x
