My normal transactions with this seller go very smoothly and if I have any questions, their social media is always a good at answering

I ordered the makeup puff. I received an empty box. The box was not damaged and had not been tampered with. I requested a refund because they have sent an empty box and she blocked me

I brought a mystery box for £17 and I got 4 amazing products, I got the fake tan, tanning mitt, mini powder puff and the mini powder puff bag. I can’t believe I got all this for £17. It was packaged lovely, with a card inside of the family and a little chocolate. Great products.
Natalie is a lovely person and fantastic at what she does. I will be ordering again.

Defamatory won’t be using anything else.

My power puff came very quickly the quality of the product is good l love it.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Ordered a product for £9.99. Paid an extra £7 to have it shipped to Ireland. After a couple of days I received notification of a further bill for £7 from customs. I would have presumed given the delivery was so expensive that any customs charges would have been included in the price, as the website did not advise of any customs charges. I am not willing to pay £24 for a product advertised for £10. Have tried contacting opretty in relation to this issue but received no response. I am now waiting on a refund as no product has been received but they are not responding to my e mails. Would not recommend this website. Complete scammers

Love it! Feels lovely in skin

I was sucked in by Instagram! I did my right eye and not my left for comparison. The right eye looked wrinklier! I used eye cream, primer etc. terrible waste of money, WHEN will I learn? The puffection powder puff

The tan is gorgeous and smells amazing, applies effortlessly with a lovely developed colour!

Natalie is a lovely down to earth very professional business woman, she is very knowledgeable about all her products and just wants everyone to feel fabulous when using them. The website is user friendly, products are easy to order, parcels can be tracked, they have always been delivered on time, beautifully packaged and the products just feel fabulous on your skin.

I have a lot of texture on my skin, large pores and ice pick scars from my acne. So a lot of powders tend to make them more pronounced and looks cakey. This puff is life changing, it smooths out the texture on my skin and my pores do not look pronounced either. It almost gives a blurring effect on the skin. I would highly recommend this to anyone for a flawless finish to makeup and can improve your confidence. I will be purchasing again!!!
