Great selection and quality of glasses I received was great. Only downside was that it took a little longer to ship than expected and I didn’t receive any updates on the status of my order during this time.

Great value, the frames and lenses were good quality and I saved several hundred dollars compared to a similar offering by our local retail optical discount store.

The whole website was easy to use and set up and the support team were quite friendly and are able to solve any issues I had. I really enjoyed the glasses that I have and I would buy from them next time. :)
However, one suggestion I would make would be to have pricing available on their website for shaving down the lenses for those with higher degrees as paying through the support or admin staff was really arduous and paypal was not working for me for some reason.

Shocking courier company. Order misplaced/lost causing great delay. Eventually tracked down. Vision not clear with new lenses. Optically replaced them with new lenses. Perfect vision. Despite serious delay, I'm very satisfied with their service.

glasses fit comfortable focus in the centre and are light causing no issues on my nose. service was prompt and delivered in perfect condition Not sure about the date of service.

Seriously easy process which allowed me to update the scratched lenses on my fav frames. Postage wasn't quite fast as I expected, which was probably more down to Aus Post and not optically.
