Ich habe ein Projekt vermittelt bekommen. War anfangs aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen und der Gespräche skeptisch, ob ich mein Geld bekommen würde, das kam aber tatsächlich bis zum Ende pünktlich. Der Kunde selbst hatte zuvor auch noch nie mit Optimus gearbeitet und sprach von Kaltaquise.
Der Projektvertrag war eine Mischung aus Deutsch und Englisch mit schlechten Klauseln für mich, dass ließ sich aber ändern.
Ich fand den Laden etwas zu neugierig bezüglich meiner letzten Kundenprojekte und Kontakten.
Fazit: Obwohl der Laden den Eindruck eines Scammers machte war es insgesamt eine positive Zusammenarbeit.

Ich habe eine neue Festplatte dieser Firma gekauft , geliefert wurde eine gebrauchte anderer Hersteller. Daraufhin habe ich das reklamiert und der Verkäufer schrieb mir es wäre ein Verpackungsfehler und würde die richtige senden . Geliefert wurde wiederum eine gebrauchte 10 Jahre alte Festplatte . Der Verkäufer bietet die Ware in OVP vom Hersteller an . Was mir aufgefallen ist , das was ich erhalten habe ist von ihm selbst in eine neutrale Verpackung eingeschweißt und nicht Neu und nicht in OVP. Dort wird gebraucht als neu verkauft , dies ist eine arglistige Täuschung und Betrug .

I was telephonically interviewed by them about 10 months ago after applying for some jobs listed by them on LinkedIn.

After the interview (where none of the applied jobs were mentioned) I never heard from them again, besides them asking me to refer colleagues for similar job postings, again on LinkedIn.

Got a mail from their "customer service" today asking me to reconnect because they had more jobs for which I was a fit.

Reported as spam and deleted.

Never contact with them, they keep spamming you and their employees are extremely rude and distrespectful.

Are they real? Do they really exist?
Probably they are just publishing fake job postings to collect data. I applied for like 30 positions to them, never heard of them. Neither a rejection mail, nothing.

Ich wurde mehrfach von Optimus Search Mitarbeitern bezüglich Projektangeboten angefragt. Teilweise war die Rufnummer nicht erreichbar, emails wurden zwar gelesen aber nicht geantwortet, und falls man doch mal jemanden telefonisch erreichte blieb das unverbindlich und versprochene Rückrufe sind niemals erfolgt. Zudem arbeitet und wirbt die Firma mit Fake-Projekten, die längst nicht mehr aktuell sind.
Jeder Kontakt mit dieser "Firma" ist Zeit- und damit Geldverschwendung.

Absolutely unprofessional. Knew nothing about Germany or Programming, or in fact anything relevant to their job at all. Had no clue what company I might be a good fit for. Hadn't read my profile. Condescending, unprofessional and offering inaccurate or plain wrong advice. Recruiter woefully inexperienced and clearly had no training. Then disappeared for no apparent reason.
Avoid.

Optimus Search ist für mich der Inbegriff einer "Heuschrecke" im Bereich Personalvermittlung. Überlastete Mitarbeiter, für die Zeit Geld ist, aber dafür alle Manieren fallen lassen. Telefonnummern sind nicht erreichbar, Versprechungen werden nicht gehalten. So viel Unseriösität ist mir kaum bislang begegnet.

I've never had to deal with a group of more shifty or untrustworthy individuals. These are the sort of people you should never allow to represent you in front of anything or anyone.

Fake job profiles created by 'recruiters' whose experience shows they were working as a barman or barista just a few weeks ago. Never get back to you, when they do call they just want information from you.
Don't deal with these time wasters...

I was headhunted by this company for a job in Frankfurt and after all the interviews, I received a contact with the salary I expected.

Unprofessionell und nicht Datenschutzkonform!

Do not DEAL with this company. They will sell your data to third parties. I have lots of Indians calling my company ever since we signed terms with this company. After few weeks, the entire company was calling us all the time. We had to block their number.
Unprofessional and spamming!

I worked under the MD of this company for several years and confirm they are a class outfit. Superb training and although now I am working for another agency (out of choice) still speak highly of them. They stay true to their values and rarely compromise. You will be driven hard from day one but the earning potential cannot be beaten.

My personal contact Jack H. managed the procedure of candidature very well, was very agile and professional in his way of communication and discussion of parameters of the role and conditions of contract.
The procedure was extremely quick resolved, transparent feedback given shortly after interviews.
Discussion was focused on job-related aspect without pushing me for a certain decision.
Jack had a good understanding of my situation with several pending offers on parallel, he did strong efforts to be most effective.
Obviously he also accompanied the customer well.
I finally signed the contract offered via Jack.

We meet many recruiters every day, but only some leave the marks, and one of them is Jack H. who works with Optimus. I dealt with over 35 recruiters from various recruitment agencies in the past year, and of all these recruiters Jack was my number 1 by far! Not only is Jack a highly experienced recruiter, but you will find his approach to recruiting friendly, diligent, and intelligent. He is so knowledgeable, incredibly articulate, and such a pleasure to work with. The most of all, I really appreciate that Jack followed up with me on every single development in the process and even when there was a bit of pause in between which kept me feel reassured. Jack is the type of recruiter you would give the most important recruitment assignment too!

Menschenverachtend. FreeLancer seit vorsichtig bei diesem Unternehmen. FreeLancer werden hier nicht als Menschen, sondern nur als Ressource zum Geld verdienen angesehen.
