Option 1 legal is a SCAM
Option 1 legal is a SCAM! I was not informed properly of the process and that not only would my accounts be closed, but they would go delinquent. I requested to cancel the program and opt out, I was told it would be completely closed out and my first payment would be refunded. I waited 15+ business days, still no refund so I called to check up on my status. Apparently, it was never processed. This is ridiculous. Please look into other options before considering option 1 legal. The sales rep is extremely sneaky and I wish I never did this. To this day, they can’t guarantee that it’s been processed so I now have to call daily, wait on hold for over 30 minutes, just to check the status of getting MY MONEY BACK! This is just ridiculous.
