I had a standing order for two products…
I had a standing order for two products that were to be shipped at the same time. Optivida chose to mail each product separately, causing me to have to pay nearly twice the amount of postage and handling. My account will be deleted soon.

I read your review. I am sorry that you had a bad situation with the shipping on your subscription orders.
I know that by now you probably received a phone call and an email from our customer service manager. She discovered that because of an error, you had two separate subscription orders. That's why you had two separate charges for shipping. She issued you a refund for the shipping. She also combined the two subscription orders into a single order. You won't have double shipping any longer.
We appreciate your loyalty, so we included a coupon for a discount on future orders.

Merchant error
There was an error in charging my card multiple times due to requesting a discount after placing the order.
Tina cancelled the initial order and then realized that a discount code would not apply because of another offer. I am overdrawn now due to this and hope that it will be soon rectified. Otherwise, she is a very good representative of the company. We all make mistakes. A timely response was made in writing.

I began using Optivida Health products for nearly 2 years now, and have found them to be excellent. I keep the liquid and gel forms of the nano silver solution on hand for timely use, and I use the lozenges with honey as needed. They are really the best tasting lozenges I have found, plus having the benefit of the nano silver in them as well.

I LOVE Optivida's Nano Silver
I LOVE Optivida's Nano Silver, I have been using it for about 2 years. It is absolutely amazing the Silver Gel stops my night time leg cramps when I apply the gel to my legs. It also helps with cuts and rashes.

Trust worthy for great Health
I have used and had top great results for over 10 yrs now. My favorite is Silver Sol liquid and the lozenger. The first sign of any colds scratchy throat or feeling sick or feverish I go straight to the Silver Sol and then I'll take a lozenger. It kills whatever bacteria is out there trying to attach itself to me. All I know it works for me.. and when something works for me I stick with it.
