0800 048 9007 - This is a bogus number it does not even connect. I said I want to speak to someone today about my account. I will continue to leave bad reviews until my issue is sorted.For a whole week I have searching for a contact number only to be sent this one and it don't even work. wooow

how the heck do i change my card details no phone number and no way to contact them i expect i will get late payment fees ,not many good reviews here openpay .uk make a note

If I could give zero I would worse company iv ever dealt with can't contact nobody they've tried to double the amount I owe by sayin they've recieved no payments which I have proof they have and that my account is clear tried ringing them 34times in two days an there line is just dead but they manage to pass ya on to debt collectors easy enough though livid is not the word right now, sort yourself out openpay 😡😡

What has happened to Openpay?
It used to be such a good option. You could spread payments over 10 months which made payments affordable to people.

Now all the shops have gone apart from Healthcare which consists mainly of Dental places.
Whoever thought to capitalise on the shortage of NHS dentists by introducing private dental plans has contributed to the demise of Openpay.

I personally preferred Openpay to all the other BNPL options and used to buy regularly at Ideal World using Openpay.
I doubt I will be using it anymore.

You've lost good customers. You could have expanded and worked with even more retailers, you would have had our business.

Such a shame Openpay has died.

I hope you reconsider your decision to pull out of the UK market.

Usually a great service, until now. I cannot upload new bank card details to pay current instalments.

Customer service number just does not work I’ve emailed over 20 times and even called opy Australia and the don’t answer either.

What am I to do it’s detrimental to my credit file. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!

There's far better pay later services out there.
Openpay cannot compete with the likes of Clearpay and Klarna who offer a better range and more flexible payment options.

I am very upset with this company. I emailed them to inform them that my payment date had changed. Due to being off work with anxiety and depression awaiting surgery. But they still took every penny out of my account leaving me with nothing for 2 weeks. Unfeeling robots don't use them

They just rubbish company as I see may people had same bad experience about being declined as loyal customers and very bad customer service .To me this company running the most arrogant way business and dont give a f.ck that customers are just disappointed. I'll repay my last payment and will close account with this rubbish company .

Absolutely shocking company . Changed card details they continued to try and charge cancelled card and added on late payments every time . Am pretty sure this is fraudulent and Trading standards agree with me. I will be looking to take them to small claims court next week to get nearly 100 back they charged for late payments. No response to emails No answer to phones

Rubbish since all the well known shops have pulled out :( no jd no look fantastic etc.... Feel forced to use klarna and alternatives which is a shame as I do prefer to pay monthly!

Had to put one star no look fantastic,no jd sports, no anything. And before they reply back look at our new retailers, well they are not worth shopping with lol. Will pay the rest of the plan then won't bother in the future.

What going on can’t buy anything anymore I was told within the nx 2 weeks now if been nearly 3 months is openpay not shopping anymore

Highly recommended great customer service

I’ve sent emails for the last two weeks! No one has responded. Their number doesn’t work, what is going on? This is poor customer service this company is charging customers incorrectly

Total rubbish company. Not contactable, no ability to talk to anyone. Phone number doesn't even respond when calling them. Only gave 1 star so I could give a trash review, otherwise zero stars👎🏼

Awful customer service care. They used to be very responsive and you could talk to someone on the phone. Just like the above 1 star reviews cases open but no response at all.

I am giving a four cause I have never had any issues before but I am trying to buy a treadmill at ideal world every time it takes me to credit check and should not do and says then it can’t go through I am a loyal customer and never missed a payment so angry about this I have sent five emails didn’t answer

been trying to pay my account of early, no repiles from my emails,contact forms, cant speak on live or phone . Terrible communication then sure your going to try charge me a late

DONT USE OPENPAY!!! Terrible attempted to make purchase my credit score is good yet it declined I thought perhaps an error so attempted again only to decline again which is wrong and as another customer said 2 x negative footprints on my credit score! I think it’s really unethical as the purchase went through with Flexipay so I would recommend them and annoyed I even tried the more attractive longer period advertised with Open pay by vendor. Will be complaining for all it will do from other reviews!

Used to use Openpay quite a lot, as they had great options and customer service. However they have now got rid of most if not all retailers and now just offer healthcare and Denistry. When I contacted them to ask why they said they had alternative retailers to use.
Such a shame used to enjoy shopping with them.
