10/10 Service and quality for my new ring
I commissioned Orbion for a large oval lab diamond and setting. I worked with Kunal on the project. We took a month to review stones. I was in no hurry, I really wanted a perfect oval and knew it would take time to select the right ratio, color, and cut. Kunal provided expert advise and inspected the stone himself before recommending it. I received multiple videos and photos. A CAD was made for the setting. The finished ring is excellent, every detail is perfect. The lab diamond is breathtaking, the brilliance, cut, and color (F) is beyond what I expected. Shipping was quick and the ring arrived promptly. Customer service 10/10. Ring design and lab diamond both 10+/10.
