I am so sick of being harrassed by various employees at this company. Every time I state we have already been contacted and are not interested they just say "uhh... uhh..." on the phone like morons. Learn some manners and brush up on your objection handling training and PLEASE leave me the hell alone.

As the Managing Director of GHBC Global Consultancy I use Orbis for my business, personal use and recommend to clients.

The service is quick and smooth. Bradley manages my account and is always polite and quick to answer my needs, also gives me a great fx rate

My name is Raquel and I wanted to thank personally to Bradley Buscall for being so helpful replying super fast to all my questions. I was reading the other reviews in this platform and they are actually most of them made by people that are not really using the exchange but just complain by saying that the Orbis team is trying to sell them something. Well, I can honestly say that it is worth to try, at least for my case it is super helpful to use this exchange platform. The rates are easy and the bank transfers are made really fast. Therefore I can just say great things about Orbis and their team. Thanks :) Raquelkaizen

Absolute scum. Harassment from this company has been awful. Will not take no as an answer.

Very polite and helpful staff, the whole process from opening my account to currency exchange was impressive. As I am very busy, the fast process and excellent help was excellent. I will definitely be using Orbis Exchange again.

Really impressive service from Orbis. I found the set up process incredibly easy to open my account. The support on the phone was excellent to help me to carry out the currency exchange and the dashboard allowed me to determine the difference phases of the transaction to completion. I would definitely use them again for my next transaction

The most competitive rates been able to find and although I still compare on every transaction I can’t find another company that has been able to match or beat the rates they offer.
Very professional and transparent, always delivering on what they promise (I deal with Ben and Rob in particular).
Also they always notify me on market changes to mitigate weak rates as I use them for a personal house project on the continent and keeping costs down is imperative for me.

The most sarcastic cold caller I've ever had. The caller kept asking for accounts and said its about payments and kept repeating 'payments'. I asked what payments and they just replied 'for payments'...payments in, payments out, customers, suppliers. She said it was for suppliers and I asked which supplier and she said 'for payments'...good grief!

Eventually I said 'I don't work for you so I don't know what you do or what you're offering' and she said 'I know you don't work for us because your not sat in this office are you'.

I still have no idea what they do or what they offer but they did hang up on me.

She said we'd previously spoken to 'Ben'? Err...no...that's a sadly old cold call trick from 20 years ago lol...we've never dealt with them before and certainly wouldn't in the future if the first contact from them contains fibs and sarcasm.

If you're going to cold call at least be good at it...it's the worst attempt we've ever had! Absolutely pathetic!

Will not take no for an answer, called multiple times over the last couple weeks despite being asked to be taken off the calling list. Caller was refusing to listen that it is not something we are interested in. Wouldn't use this business as a matter of principle on this alone!

Also think it is very odd the only positive reviews for this company were left on/around the same date - conincidentally the same date their Director responded to the negative reviews!

Recently I was contacted by Orbis where they were offering me a great rate to exchange euro into sterling. This was ideal as my employer is based in Europe and I’m based in UK meaning I always lose a monthly exchange rate fee to the bank. Orbis are able to get me a better rate where I’m now saving every month. Very helpful!

my foreign exchange payments for my company wasn't something id given much attention to, but after speaking to a few of the members at Orbis, they've saved me enough for a free holiday every year and on top of that gave me more confidence having an expert on the phone,

Could not have been an easier experience for me with Orbis Exchange. I was walked through step by step and everything was confirmed and transferred quickly and precisely as agreed with a very competitive rate. William and Tom were so helpful and professional, I’d recommend to anyone. I won’t be going elsewhere in the future.

They first start the call to say the call is about an accounts invoice, or something along those lines. That way they try and get past the receptionist.
Then they try to get loads of details from you about foreign payments etc and say they can save us money compared to the banks. The process is long and arduous and they don't seem to want to simply give an exchange rate. They try to get you to log into their website which is a bit worrying.
They are so insistant that they don't take any notice when you say you don't want to continue or that we're busy. It's a worry because it may be a con of some sort, but if it isn't a con then please don't be so insistant. I know you must be on a comission, as that would explain the persistance. Also, lots of background noise from their other cold callers. Not a good look :(
