I have placed 3 orders from them. The 1st one, I thought was OK, but later realized that the roots of orchids were cut very short for which they later died. 2nd and 3rd order were together. 2nd order was for 2 matured phalenopsis, but received 2 seedlings. Now, they don't respond to calls or msgs, bogus company. Discounts look lucrative, but not worth it. I wish, I visited this site, before wasting my money.

It's absolutely waste of money...the condition I received the plant was pathetic....I request everyone not to put any order on this site....

Fraud company. Sent garbage and dried leaves instead of plants. Don’t respond to complaints, phone calls. Never buy from this bogus company. Spread the word so that others don’t get cheated.

They sent a dried up and dead plant. Leaves all dried and no life.
When tried to contact they don’t pick up. On WhatsApp, they just said they will check. They never responded.

These guys are just cheats who have no business ethics. They switched off comments on their Instagram post now if you observe.

Pathetic service, who chooses a slow delivery partner for delivering plants. Orchidzone is nothing but a fraudulent company, they send only dead plants.

They advertise as a 24/7 customer support but stop responding as soon as you raise a complaint. Plants advertised on site are no where close to what you receive. They are mostly dead by the time they arrive and they start asking for unboxing videos as if I had received a mobile phone!! They expect customer to search for the return policy on their website which is smartly placed in a corner before placing an order

They ships the plants in a very slow delivery partner. The packing also not good. Be sure about ordering from orchidzone. It took 11 days time to me to recieve order. By the plants were totally dead.

Do not order based on the fabulous pictures posted in the Orchidzone website. On March 23, 2024 had ordered for Camelia 3 colors combo and prepaid the amount. The products were delivered on March 30, 2024 with all three totally dead plants. Reached out to them on 9476172762 on whatsapp & over email along with the pictures.No response till date. Calls go unanswered. Do not get cheated by them.

They are a fraud company - never in your wildest dream think of buying anything from them.

While placing the order - everything is seems less

But post getting the order - no one is there to respond to your queries. They are fraud.

What they showed in pictures vs what they send was starkly different. I just got one string of pale, rotten plant.
Would have posted pictures - but not getting an option for the same

Catalogue showed healthy plants. Fooling customers with fancy ads on Facebook. But received almost dead tiny twigs. Packaging is so poor. Ordered 6 plants. Was surprised to see everything stuffed in 1 small pack. I asked replacement for 2 plants. Customer care is not supportive. Please avoid buying from here.

The seller is fraud. They have disabled their review system so nobody can share reviews. I purchased 3 plants and they all came in a bad condition. I even sent these guys video while opening the box of plants. But they did not respond and when i called them multiple times they did not pick up my call. When i called them from a different number, they picked immediately.
Even after seeing the video they are saying the plants are in good shape, which are actually in a worst shape.

This is a fraud seller, they give you huge discounts but do not send the products, nor even answer the calls.
Please fo not order from orchidzone.

The worst set of plants sent. only two leaves in. 2 inch pot for Rs. 300.....

Can't trust these guys

I purchased 3 plants which were not even as discription and on top it all one plant is missing. I'm trying to get in touch but when I trying to get in touch no body is responding my call or message. Please do not buy from this site. You'll only be disappointed

Fraud company with an attractive website. Do not supply according to order. Some how manages by sending immature/dead orchids. No response after reporting. I have wasted my Rs.7000/-. Such companies should be banned.

I was defrauded by this seller recently. I ordered 3 phalaenopsis orchids in their Diwali sale. I chose 2 mature potted plants and 1 plant with 16-18 months of growth. When I received the plants I laughed at my decision of not opting for COD. No matter which size you choose, or what premium you pay, they only ship seedling sized plants, that too unhealthy specimens. Also the packaging was so poor that the succulent leaves of the phalaenopsis orchids were damaged badly during transit. And they wont bother to reply to your email or on any social media platform, so it's a dead transaction. Stay away please.

Fraud company. Cheating people with false website. No returns nothing. They don't even answer the calls. Block this website.

It’s been a month I placed my order still waiting ..they don’t respond to call or message..some strict action should be taken against these people since they have fooled so many people

I wish I could rate these frauds in negative, my order hasn't been dispatched for nearly 2 months now and they dnt even respond to complaints.
