I am dissatisfied with about 5% of the order: they shipped some sprouted bulbs of allium (the site described them as dormant bulbs, not plants).
I had to wait a month to plant them and I store them correctly; they wrote to plant immediately on the packet but not knowing about it I didn't check and they totally dried out.
That was quite annoying because I knew they were shipping some fritillaria bulbs which they advised to plant right away, I could have done the same if they adveritised it.
The customer service seemed unable or unwilling to do anything about it.
Occasionally a few other bulbs were dried or bruised, though not a lot. I advise to check carefully every item the very moment the shipment arrives.

I am dissatisfied with the flower bulbs…

I am dissatisfied with the flower bulbs I received from this company. The flower bulbs were dried out, moldy and some were rotten. A few of the buttercups were normal size, very small, I received fewer pieces of one variety. I will not order from this company again, I received much nicer, larger and healthier bulbs from another company. I do not recommend it.

Snowdrops in the green

Just bought 1000 snowdrops in the green from Eurobulbs, order processed and delivered efficiently. The bulbs/plants are very fresh and of high quality, now all planted. Overall I’d say good value and 10/10 for service and quality. Thank you.

Not interested in customer satisfaction

Buyer beware. Not all bulbs arrive in a quality you would expect. Had reason to contact them and not professional in their responses. I have returned their bulbs and hope to get a refund. Will not use again as they do not value customers who have supported them even through Covid!

I have ordered snowdrops twice.They arrived 2 days later,by Royal Mail Van delivery,in a box,beautifully wrapped.No complaints at all.

Products are above average to good but…

Products are above average to good but customer service is unsatisfactory. 10% of spring bulbs did not bloom. When Company was notified they refused to issue a credit on the following year's order saying, "We do not guarantee our bulbs to bloom". I was shocked by this repsonse. All other bulbs suppliers I have ever dealt with have always issued a credit refund for non blooming bulbs with or without photo documentation.

Good product……dodgy service!

Have dealt with this company on and off for 15 years or so mostly buying snowdrops. The product is good ….BUT….. if my experience this time is anything to go by, they have little concern or care for their customers.
should have been delivered yesterday but wasn’t! Parcel Force needed a signature to deliver and I was out when they called. There had been no warning that a signature would be required ( either from Eurobulb or the Courier) ….. no option for re-delivery, just a terse card saying collect from our office ….no address or directions! And the email from Eurobulb was of the ‘sort it yourself’ variety. After that they ignored emails.

Having paid £4.50 for delivery I have to collect it myself ( 45 minute round trip ). - got there and they are only open between 8-10 am! ( no warning on card).

So, if you can buy elsewhere I’d give them a miss…..once they have your money….you’re on your own!!

Not professional company!

I ordered 15 dahlias from them and 5 of them never sprouted! Some rotted immediately and some didnt have eyes! Not acceptable! never ordering again! Plus they dont offer free or discounted shipping for orders above 100€! I think there is plenty of other companies with better plants (like Farmers Gracy etc) and better customer care.

This is the best bulb company

This is the best bulb company, fair prices and wide range of bulbs, including specialities and rare plants. It might take several weeks to receive your shipment, but only because they are heavily overloaded with work and orders. In the last 3 years I ordered hundreds of bulbs of various types and all of them bloom beautifully year after year. I tried several shops but this is the best for me, so far. I recommend.

No show bulbs

I bought 100 each of Muscari bulbs last September. As I write none of them have flowered. Just a few spindly green spiked. Contacted Eurobulbs via the website - it’s impossible to get through to them by phone. They suggested that I might have mice and squirrels in the garden and that the person who wrote back to me said she had planted some last year and they are all in bloom. Wrote back one week ago - no response as yet to say no mice and squirrels are conspicuous by their absence. Anyway all the other bulbs bought from them last September are in full bloom and looking great. If there are mice in the garden why did they only attack the Muscari? We have regular rodent management around our boundaries. This is a real shame because I have bought hundreds of bulbs over many years from Eurobulbs and never had any issues. It looks like this year I will be buying my bulbs elsewhere. Customer response seems to be a problem for Eurobulbs and in spite of Covid19 they have had a year to resolve any problems they might have in dealing with customers and orders

They take no resposibilty for their products!

I ordered bulbs for 322 euros and among the tulipbulbs I ordered 7 bulbs of Hippieastrum and now I have 2 with no sign of life 2 almost 1 m tall! and 1 with 3 flowers down in the bottom just close to the bulb. " of 7 are in normal developing. I wrote to them and described and sendes photos. The only answer I got: When you ordernext time!! (As if I should!) we can send you ONE new bulb!! That is how they treat their customers! Unbelievable! Don't buy anything from Eurobulb, they take no responsibility for their products!

Great service and product

I ordered an assortment of Dahlias. They arrived when they said they would. The crowns looked healthy but seemed quite small so I wasn't expecting great results. I couldn't have been more wrong. The plants were healthy and the flowers were magnificent. They have flowered non stop and are still flowering now in November. I have lifted some of them which have been caught by the first frost and the crowns are large. We have been really pleased with our order.

Difficult to contact in the event of a problem or query.

I ordered 200 bulbs of various types on Saturday. It is now Friday and apart from en email confirming the order, I have heard and received nothing. As they were all marked as “in stock” I fail to understand the delay.

I telephoned them several times this morning, but there was no reply. I have completed a contact form, so hope that will elicit a response. Very worrying when goods are not received, no explanatory emails are sent and the ‘phone is not answered.

I will update if and when I get a response.

Very bad Company

Very bad Company. They just cancelled my order because i complained that they not have send my order 5 weeks yet. And on the webpage they write 3 weeks.
