While our pricing can sometimes be higher for certain items than mass-market apps like DoorDash, that’s because we’re built differently: dedicated concierge shoppers, curated grocery selection, and hotel-friendly delivery that actually works with front desks and policies to make it as easy as possible for guests to place and receive their orders.

Hi Michelle. We're sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. It’s genuinely regrettable to receive such a poor rating when:

- Your order was delivered on time during the time window you requested and in full.
- Your particular hotel's policy does not allow delivery drivers to go to guest rooms (this is outside of our control)
- As a courtesy, we upgraded one of the items in your order to a larger, more expensive size at no additional charge
- We also extended free delivery since you placed multiple orders with us

In-room pre-stocking is only available at participating partner hotels as outlined on our checkout page, and when it is available, it appears as an option at checkout. Your hotel is not currently a participating property, which is why that option was not available for your order, so you were prompted to select a delivery time window instead.

We understand the frustration when expectations don’t align with hotel policies, and we’re actively working to expand partnerships so we can offer in-room service at more properties.

Avoid this company

Late delivery, despite the fact I paid extra for an “asap” delivery. 1 item out of 4 was wrong.
Overpriced then they apply a Service Fee well WT* is the delivery fee if that’s not the service ? Then a “small order fee” .
Avoid this company if you value your wallet 😱

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry your experience wasn’t what it should have been. You selected our 'ASAP delivery' option, and we understand how frustrating it was that we weren’t able to meet that timing. We’ve already processed a refund for that fee, as it’s important to us that guests only pay for services delivered as promised.

Regarding the item you mentioned: the store was out of the exact size you ordered, so our shopper selected the same product in a different size format (four small bottles instead of two larger ones). Your order instructed us to replace any unavailable items with the closest matching available, so that is what we did.

As for the fees, we try to keep them as low as possible. The delivery fee covers the in-store shopping and delivery labor, the service fee helps cover credit-card processing and platform costs, and the small-order fee is a standard industry practice to ensure we can fulfill even very small baskets. That said, we always appreciate the feedback and review our pricing structure regularly.

We’re sorry again that this experience didn’t meet expectations, but are glad to have fulfilled your order in-full, and still within our standard delivery time windows.

A great service

A great service, this is the second time I have used it for a group trip to Florida. The extra $15 for the stocking service is well worth it.
