I purchased 20 items (2 boxes ) and after that they called me to inform me that they do not have it in stock. I asked for a refund and no updates since yesterday. Also the items appears as available on their website..

first ever ordered from this place because they had twister bars which are my favourite however it arrived and it had no flavour just burnt. Contacted customer service but they wanted me to return it for a refund which I couldn’t be bothered to do considering I already opened the vape. Had to order another one.. just hoping it’s not faulty again. However customer service is quick and good.
