Don't buy. I have only just read the reviews and wish I'd done this before ordering. Shoes with buckles - except the strap isn't long enough to reach the buckle on the other side. Really difficult to work out how to return the goods, which is when I started to become suspicious and looked at the reviews. Like other reviewers, I am not going to waste my time and money sending the shoes back and will put this down to experience. UPDATE: the company has contacted me to say that they can give me a 20% refund instead of me sending the shoes back 'in order to protect the environment'. I have accepted, because it's probably the best outcome (assuming the money does actually appear in my account).

It is impossible to return any item unless you are willing to pay the postage to CHINA! Which is very expensive even with EVRI - £20!! No guarantee you will get your money back! Do not touch this company.

Absolute shambles of a company, the item will look nothing like the thing pictured that you order, impossible to send back. Contact your credit card company and report the transaction and try to get some money back as you will never hear from the selling company regardless of how many times you contact them. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking! I hope that other people read the reviews before they order. Sadly I did not and received a jacket which was quite frankly fit for the skip! I two was offered a 20% discount to save the environment. Do not buy from this Sham company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Ordered a mans coat size XL, when it arrived it would barely fit a child. Sent it back for a refund and all I received was an email in German and then months later the coat turns up at my house again.

Shoes turned up originated in China and obviously made to order. Took 2-3 weeks. They don’t fit. Was about to return but read the reviews and now know it would be more cost and pointless. Agree this a scam but reviews have prevented me from throwing money good money after bad

As with others, I wish I’d read the reviews. I’ve been trying to get a refund for two really poor quality pairs of shorts and, although they responded initially and offered a discount to what I paid, they’re now ignoring me. Buying from this company is a false economy - cheap, nasty, awful quality products that cost more in the long run when they need to be replaced so soon after purchase. Allied to the equally poor levels of customer service, they are one to avoid at all costs.

Bridesmaid dress - totally different cut/colour/no slit as shown in the picture. Spent £10 to send it to the Netherlands address, listed under the Returns Policy, only for it to arrive back to me weeks later, marked as ‘rejected’. No response at all from the company

I am uncomfortable with ordering clothes on line at the best of times, but there is no way to know that the goods come from China, and that you have to pay a heavy price to return the item(s) should you be dissatisfied with the goods as requesting a tracking number makes this expensive. I had received an email on how to return the goods. I tried every file format to upload my image, on the return on line form, it would not upload therefore I could not submit the form. However I had sent the parcel to the address as per their email and as stated on the cancellation form, however the return form which you submit on line has a different address to return your order. I had emailed the support team my concerns, and provided them with images of receipt, tracking number, the parcel with the address on, an image of the different file formats I had tried to upload.
Like everyone else a lesson learnt and on here it is good to read the reviews first.

I would leave zero if possible, the company are a joke, paid good money for clothing only to be sent something a three year old would make. I contacted the company was offered a 20% refund to save on the environment as full and final settlement. What a CON, Avoid if you have brains and are smart enough to read reviews on trust pilot lol

REALLY UPSET, ONLY WISH I HAD SEEN REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASE. EVERYTHING WRITTEN BY OTHERS IS TRUE. CHINESE COMPANY. I TRIED TO RETURN TO NETHERLANDS COST ME A FORTUNE & ITEM RETURNED, SO AT MOMENT NO ITEM & NO REFUND.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The items they sell are inferior, the wrong sizes, and it is impossible to get a refund from them. I returned the items and it has been "sitting in customs" for over a month now - that is their excuse for not providing my refund. Reporting them to all the relevant consumer protection agencies here. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID

The website gives the impression that one is buying from Europe but in fact this is a Chinese company. I bought shoes but received an entirely different style made of plastic (soles and uppers), very cheap looking and nothing like the description and pictures on the website. I complained to customer services, who insisted that I return them at my own expense to an address in China to obtain a full refund. Obviously, the postage back would have cost about as much as the shoes themselves so this was not an option. We argued and I eventually received a refund of 40% of the purchase price. The shoes are no good to me and are so cheap and nasty that my local charity shop did not want them either. AVOID THIS SELLER.

Fake item sent , wrong size , tried to cancel order 2 mins after ordering as I saw reviews, no reply until after they stated to have already sent the item, now they say have to return to get a refund and pay postage myself and needs to be tracked....this would cost more than the item is worth and after reading reviews still wouldn't be likely to get a refund.......stay well clear a totally scam company

Don't order from this company! Should have checked but item (a shirt) arrived after 2/3 weeks. Awful quality (felt like plastic not linen as advertised) and far too small. Sought refund. Have to return to China, fill in several forms etc etc . Will learn a lesson and check out firms before ordering ... don't want others to be conned too .

Poor quality plastic sandals advertised as 'orthopedic'!
Cheap and nasty and will definately do my feet no good. Wouldn't wear them at all. Look like they are from the market.

Original Fashion is a company who make out they’re UK based by pricing things in £’s, then they appear to have an address in The Netherlands but shipping information, stated goods come from China.

Tracking your order is a nightmare including using yet another company (perhaps) who demand payment “Trackerley” before they release tracking advice.

The whole thing reeks of being a scam but I don’t know what to do, wait another 3 weeks before it may or may not arrive or report It all to my credit card company.

Totally unacceptable and wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company.

I have paid for goods not received. The company says it’s not liable but of course it is by law. Their deliverer says the parcel was handed to a person in the house but it wasn’t as we were out. It’s not been left in a safe place. The delivery company is unobtainable. The supplier won’t help.

SCAM!!! Do Not Buy from this company!!Original fashions won’t accept delivery of 2 x pairs of sandals which I sent back to them on 10 September 2024. The sandals were very poorly made and bore no resemblance to the advertisement! The parcel was stuck in the depot in China, unable to be delivered for lack of documentation, although it was labelled exactly as I was instructed. Finally after 3 months the parcel was sent back to me but I was away for 2 months over Christmas, so the goods were sent back to OriginalFashion again.

The UK Post Office has confirmed that the goods arrived back in China on 6 February 2025 (awaiting collection or re delivery) but nobody at OriginalFashion will accept delivery !!!

So I’m stuck, after 9 months, no goods, no refund and no help from my Credit Card Company because a claim is only good for 120 days after purchase - I didn’t know I had a problem with OriginalFashions in that time! Hope this post will warn potential customers - stay clear of this horrendous company!

Returned a jacket on 2/12/24 to original fashion tracked the parcel all the way through china's customs then it disappeared. Original Fashion says it hasn't recieved it yer so no refund. My advise stay clear
