DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I have had the same experience as others, although foolishly ordered multiple items so have lost over £300. Items arrived and the quality was so poor for items ranging from £40-80. the material, shape and fit were like a very cheap fancy dress item. tried to return in October and after monitoring on the tracking company I used for months, the package was returned to me yesterday. No refund. I tried to raised through PayPal bit they closed case as I did receive the items, but raising with them again, now that the return has failed.

I can only echo the reviews below, after spending £120 I received a coat that was ABSOLUTELY APPALLING quality, has come from China judging by the labels and Nothing like the description or the photos! I just wish I'd seen these reviews before I wasted all that money. They are not replying to my complaint either, please no one else buy off them they don't deserve to be in business if they can't keep standard business protocol.

Ordered from what appeared to be a UK company and was not satisfied with the product - then I was told that all returns had to be sent at my expense to China!!

Wish I had done some research before spending £120.. after getting no contact from seller I proceeded to claim back through PayPal.. the case was open and the seller offered a partial refund I declined. PayPal asked for some information and I gave them the tracking number which I had spent £15 to send the parcel back where I thought it had come from as there was no return label only Chinese writing on package and it was shipped from Netherlands when I was tracking it. it arrived from in the Netherlands 4 weeks later than the date I purchased.. PayPal then close my case in favour of the seller.

I ordered a black jacket ZARA , what arrived was nothing like the pictures on the Web site. This jacket wasn’t ZARA looks like from Primark! Spend 60£ what is worth maybe 25 Enquiring about returning received an email with a link that didn't work. . As others found, the packaging had a Chinese address covered over with a royal mail sticker. They are not responding on emails. AVOID AVOID THIS IS SCAM.

Lesson learned but at a cost of £95! Bought two jumpers as presents, looked nothing like the picture, arrived squashed into a plastic bag. Returned them to the “return address” on the postage label which was an address in the UK and heard nothing, sent an e mail and got some waffle that had no bearing on my refund request and then heard nothing. Obviously no refund was forthcoming and have obviously been scammed. Do not even think about buying from this website, avoid, avoid, avoid. Maybe now I will look at reviews before I part with my hard earned money and not afterwards!

Impossible to return due to links not working. Also NOT free to return.
Emails ignored, all in all avoid at all cost.

My wife ordered a couple of items, what arrived was nothing like the pictures on the Web site. Enquiring about returning received an email with a link that didn't work. Fortunately Pay Pal refunded the amount paid. As others found, the packaging had a Chinese address covered over with a royal mail sticker.

Avoid at all costs.Item arrived some time after I ordered. I had ordered an XL track suit, it was more like a M. I contacted them to return, returns to China not Holland, cost at nearly £30. On the email it states to save the environment if you don't return, a 20% refund will be refunded. Not seen that and they now won't reply.

Sadly I only read the reviews 9 days after ordering a £80 coat as I was worried it hadn’t even been dispatched. There is no way to contact them other than by email to which they did respond but was total nonsense and had nothing to do with my question. Says company is in the Netherlands but it’s actually based in China. Three further emails went unanswered. Realised I’d been scammed and raised a claim through PayPal. I got a full refund today. Depending on your payment method, especially PayPal or credit card, you CAN get your money back.

Very poor service, much the same as other people's experience. Coat arrived late nothing like image on site and clearly came from China and not the Netherlands as stated. Emailed them back saying i was unhappy with garment and was told if i kept the coat i could have 20%off. Decided i would rather return but funnily the return address is China not Netherlands so would cost me as much as the coat to return! Explained in another email re posting back didn't hear from them again. Avoid this company!

I didn't read reviews or pay attention-lesson learned.
I thought I was buying a Zara jacket from some outlet. Turns out the jacket is just called 'Zara' by name! It took over 3 weeks to deliver, looks cheap, shiny, not warm enough and tacky but I wore it as return is to CHINA and I felt I needed to be punished for my stupidity. The main zip broke after 4 days and pocket zips got stuck next day. I have now got the main front zip back up halfway where its stuck and open both ends. I have to step into it and the pockets keep turning backwards as they are so shallow but I will endure and this jacket will always serve as a reminder to me to read reviews, always. Money lost.

Dreadful experience. I can only echo the views expressed in other comments. AVOID THIS COMPANY; IT IS A SCAM. Wrong garment sent. On asking to return the item, I received a long e-mail in German telling me to return the package in its original packaging (which was a tightly compressed grey plastic bag, bound with sticky tape), complete a form and post to China. The phone number and e-mail address on the website don't work.

2 Pairs of Elegant light Brown shoes I purchased looked nothing like the colour advertised and even worse were totally plastic and smell plastic. I asked for a return and was told to send the goods to China at my cost. They pretend to be a EU company in Nethlands...they are not!!! Do not buy from them....I know a lot of people here use the word scam in relation to this company but they really are scammers in the truest sense of the word. Its now with my credit card company to reclaim.

Awful service. I ordered a dress for a funeral and it came too late so I requested to return the item. Despite there being a UK address on my parcel and an Amsterdam address on their returns portal they were forcing me to return the items to China. I requested a refund as none of this was confirmed to me and it was not my fault the order was late. They have continuously been rude, not replied to the emails and have been copying and pasting the same reply about how to ship back to China. Do not waste your time or money, I have been getting ignored and I have not received any of my money back. The service is awful and the business should not exist.

Appalling service, falsely advertised items, items returned but never refunded, poor/no communication. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a childs white fox tracksuit. When delivered it was clearly fake. Paid to return the item as signed delivery but they refused to accept the package so it's being returned to us. A waste of £60.00.

Not even going to write a long review as all the rest say it. Do not be ROBBED by this scam website, it’s shocking what they end up sending you, so much so you’d rather they of just taken your money.
