the response from customer service is very quick and really helpful when you need it. I think Originalbabybrands.com is very reliable due to the official endorsement from Nutricia and it provides very convenient delivery service. therefore, I would recommend it.
By now we have ordered 6 packages of Nutrilon, but in 3 cases the delivery of the package was much delayed. In 2 cases the packages were not picked up by PostNL, even after 2-3 weeks. And at this moment 1 package, which should -according to the Track Trace number - have been delivered last week has still not arrived. The customer support of Babybrands is quick, but probably something goes wrong when they communicate with PostNL.

国内朋友经常让我给他们寄牛栏, 真的觉得好麻烦好浪费时间，但是又不好意思拒绝人家。后来听朋友跟我说了这个网站，直接到网站上下个订单就好了，别的什么都不用管，就等着国内的朋友告诉我收到奶粉就行了。终于不用再去超市一罐一罐的买，还打包，还跑邮局了，想想真解脱。而且买的多居然还有优惠。总之好评！

However, you can still ask for a digital version product brochure from our Customer Service.
