Cela est juste une vaste arnaque, vous achetez un certain nombre de produit,et ils essaient de vous faire des prélèvements en plus,heureusement ma banque à tout bloqué. De plus les produits reçu sont de la daube mes ongles sont encore plus abîmé qu'avant. À fuir et à dénoncer partout.Bande de voleurs.

Ordered one time and 4 weeks later I received an email another pen was ordered and shipped. Account has been debited for second order. Have sent an email to customercare at tryorivelle.com to cancel any subscription and issue refund. I’m also disputing charge with my bank

The Orivelle fungus pen is a scam. Took my money and I used it as stated for 30 days and it did nothing! Tried to get a refund and was told I had gone past the 30 day period. I sent many messages and I got nothing. Scam site.

Was tricked in to suscrption order for every 90 days, when only required one time order, i ordered one off 2 pens at around £15 and was charged £54.90 for 6pens.
tried many comunications to change this to no help.
They keep teling me to go self service portal to change details my self, but can not log in as i did not use a pass word with inital order. had to cancell bank card and lock off further payments.

I ordered one pen at €9.99 and got charged €73.13. I contacted immediately their help desk to be told that I had ordered 3+3 which I didn't. I asked to cancel my order and refund me but instead I got an email informing that my order had been dispatched. Their site is misleading and reading other reviews now I found many more people had the same experience.

I wish i seen this page first, I ordered 3 pens they took 2 lots of payment from my acc, over $116. It was suppose to be $27.I try to cancel this few mins after i made the order, They wrote back saying i can't cancel it has been shipped , Rubbish, Not few mins later. This is a scam do not buy from them. They have so many bad reviews. They just take your money. I asked for a refund, They say send them back , it will cost a lot of $$ to send back. These people take your money They are not trustworthy. I hope everyone reads these reviews . I wish i had before i did an order. I had to cancel my bank card. lesson learnt.

Do not use this company, product did not work and it's so hard to cancel the subscription!, I've had to get my bank invoked to recover payments collected in error and to cancel the subscription.

What a disappointing result, I was hoping this would be a cure... it's not!

The website offered 3 pens at £8.99 plus three free. I was actually charged nearly £54, and then the company added a duplicate order without my asking. My credit card company mercifully blocked the second order – it sounds as if they have experience of this firm – and I shall be returning the first order, which had been dispatched within the five minutes it took me to contact them to cancel. Surprisingly their website has a five star Trustpilot review. Caveat emptor!

I was duped to purchase far more than I intended. Unable to cancel the excess number of pens as the response I received was that the order was already dispatched, even though my cancellation request was just 2 minutes after I received the confirmation email.
I was automatically subscribed without knowing for future purchases without my authorisation. I had to contact my credit card to block future chargers from them.
After using it over a month, my personal experience is that the treatment does not work for me.

Ordering this product for the second time today I found that for the second time my order was duplicated.The site is very complicated to navigate, as I was duped at the first order some weeks ago, I was really aware at ordering today that I would not be conned again.There is no option on that site to view or edit your order, there is no basket to check for accuracy of order, or where you can delete at checkout, buyer beware please as the cost doubles , I feel their website is designed in such a way that you can be tricked into purchasing more than you intended.
I have emailed Orivelle to complain about this but I haven't had a reply.The product itself is very good and addresses fungal nail very well, however the satisfaction in this purchase is very much marred by duplication in orders due to their website design, be aware.
Edited: I received an email back from Orivelle however the person wrote that she could see where the confusion arose!! But offered no explanation other than an additional product of the same was added, (I did not add the additional product) she also ignored the fact that their marketing was very confusing and there was no mention of my suggestions to add a check out option and and edit order function for customers. I contacted her again, however as of late afternoon on Aug 12th I have no response from Oriville.
Dreadful customer service.
