DO NOT DO Business with this company. I asked them to cancel subscription because I cannot take this supplement with my medication yet they still send it. Now I will cancel my credit card.

They charged me twice for something I canceled 3 times. Stay well clear of these people, they are scammers!

Scammers. Really long delivery time.
The calculation menu never works, with some nonsense about the URL & try again later. I had to cancel my bank card to get out. Awful company. I dread to think how ineffective the products probably are. Never again.

I got scammed by what feels like an endless subscription from these guys. Canceling has been a complete nightmare—the cancellation link never works, and getting out of the subscription seems intentionally difficult.

This has been a very frustrating experience. Please be extremely careful before signing up and make sure you read all the terms. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away.

Finally received my shipment after waiting 4 mths.
However, I believe delay is not their fault as the Hormuz sea shipment all was stopped due to war on Iran.
Shipment received as promised in good condition.

They are thieves! They put me on a subscription that I never wanted and have been sending and charging me for a triple order every month. Each month I go thru hell trying to contact them. There’s nothing you can do. They just keep stealing your money.

Very untrustworthy company, their ordering portal makes it very unclear it is a subscription not a one off purchase. Small box you have to uncheck to opt out of subscription. The real problems start when you try and cancel the subscription. The link to manage the subscription is permanently down and requests via email to cancel are met with automated "are you sure you want to cancel" as opposed to actually actioning. Whilst repeatedly charging and refusing to refund. Avoid this company.

Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent business. I placed an order (#5796) on Feb 24th, and it has been 2 months with zero delivery.
On April 11th, their support team officially admitted via email that my shipment (Tracking: LP664227953MY) was LOST and promised a reshipment. However, now they have completely contradicted themselves, claiming the order is 'in transit' just to avoid giving a refund or reshipping.
Bahrain Post has officially confirmed this package never entered the country. This company is using fake internal tracking links to mislead customers. They operate under a virtual office in Wyoming, USA, but their actual operations are linked to property management businesses in India.
They are ignoring international e-commerce laws and consumer rights. I am now filing a formal complaint with econsumer.gov and my bank for a fraud chargeback. DO NOT TRUST ORO & BLOOM—they take your money and disappear when things go wrong!"
