Stefy COO& Lead Belt Crafter picked up my review below and messaged me, apologised for my 'terrible experience', explained what had happen. It was a very positive, the outcome .... well Stefy was excellent, on Saturday 24th I received a parcel posted on Friday 23rd .....

The belts that are perfect, Stefy was as good as his word and a total gentleman, thank you.

order on 6th Dec 2025, now 11th Jan 2026 still not received belt. little or no response to progressing emails. Chat Bot on the website says order fulfilled .... view your full order details here .... Parcel2Go states 'on its way' dated 5th Jan.

Guess time for phone call to bank to recovery my money. Disappointed

Wallets and belts, all of brilliant quality, made it from the homeland to England safe and sound, and ahead of advised timings.

Quality of the product excellent. Good selection available. I did not anticipate how long it would take to receive the product and some indication of waiting time would have been appreciated.

The Belt I ordered was really well made, exactly as described and delivered well packaged and made the perfect gift for my son, in fact so good I've ordered another for myself

I've never heard of this company before. I was skeptical, but after seeing what I've ordered. Ive seen the clip and thought ok. The belt arrived beautifully packed, and the quality along with the workmanship is beyond what I expected. Highly recommend this company, there is no other better belts out there.

My belt went missing in the post. I contacted the team and they sent a new one out ASAP and they will sort the issue with the courier. Love the belt and great service.

The proof is in the pudding …received belt looks quality hopefully it will last, unlike the ones you buy on the high street. Communication could have been better but to be fair we received our belt in time for Christmas. My Octogenerian Dad cuts a cool shape in his belt . I am hoping that they do a re-run of their red or blue tiger camo belt and I will get one too.

After being burned by "crafter" sellers on Etsy, finding Orraman was a relief. The wallet is butter-soft but surprisingly tough—six weeks of daily abuse from me and there's not a mark on it. Still holds its shape beautifully too. I suspect I'll have it for a very long time.

The belts are excellent. I bought sensible black and brown, then took a punt on the bright green Forrest. I've found myself wearing the green one the most - it looks amazing with loads of different trousers and jeans, I proper love it.

The outback belt - acorn with an antique copper buckle - is a perfect gift for my son. Beautifully crafted and I am pleased with the finishes I chose.
My original order got lost somewhere after dispatch. Chris and Stefi were quickly on the case and a replacement belt was dispatched and received in good time. Delighted, thank you very much.

I bought a chief belt which I am very pleased with. The quality is of a very high standard and it’s nice to support a small business. I think the company is a one man show and as the products are hand made you have to accept a reasonable waiting time in the end it was worth the wait.

I bought 3 belts as gifts and I ordered them separately and so messaged the company to see if they could send them together and refund 2 delivery charges. This was no problem to them with a prompt reply. Belts arrived and were excellent quality and really nice unique packaging. This is a small company making great quality leather goods and very personal high standard customer service. Will order from them agsin

I ordered a personalised wallet over two months ago, intended as a meaningful Christmas gift. After a long delay, Chris emailed two weeks ago to say there had been a mistake and that the wallet was on its way. It still hasn’t arrived, and despite multiple follow-up emails, I’ve received no response.

At this point, I have received neither the product nor any information about a refund or how this will be resolved. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially given the time that has passed and the personal significance of the item. I now have little confidence that the order will be delivered.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

If I can give any piece of advice it would be to avoid using this company. I ordered an item and was told it had a 2 week lead time, understandable considering things are made to order. What is not understandable is that when the time exceeds that, you receive no contact whatsoever to give you an update or a new timeframe they are working to. After emailing three times, contacting through their chat on the website, Instagram and Facebook messages I still received no reply. I requested a refund. No reply. Read reviews here and people have similar issues, they reply to those comments to give the impression they are doing something about it, they aren’t. I emailed FAO Chris as Orraman suggest on here. No reply. Still no item and still no replies to any contact. Had to get my bank to pursue a chargeback so I can get a refund. In the end I’ve just ended up buying a belt from Lanx, another handmade British brand that can actually ship their product out on time and not just leave customers with empty promises. This kind of customer service is completely letting down their business and I’m not the only one who has had this problem, read other one or two star reviews on here, read the comments below Instagram or Facebook posts and you’ll see several people asking when they will get their order or people receiving no contact to them just trying to get the item they paid their hard earned money for

Having recently bought a new belt, I am very happy with the product and would definitely buy again. The delivery process wasn't easy to navigate, but my purchase did arrive in a couple of weeks, so in the end very happy.
