Jamie got in touch with us about Orta via Linked In and the system seemed interesting and I had a feeling it would fit our needs. Jamie arranged a DEMO the next day and took me through how the system works. I fell in love with the system specially the fact that you can send in a registration link to candidates and the system does the rest for you. Best onboarding form I have seen by a mile. integrated instant reference request and reminders sent to referees. Integrated DBS system and the Update service as well. Has a compliance section where you can trace and keep an eye on all the compliance documentation i.e. right to work, training certificates, DBS etc. Amazing support with a second to non turnaround time. Jamie has been really supportive, patient and generous with his time answering all of our questions. Michelle, Sam and everyone have also been great in assisting us to get the system up and running. Would definitely recommend Orta to anyone in recruitment.

Having been using the system for over a month I have to say this is hands down the best recruitment onboarding system on the market. As a care provider of over 3 years we have used several different systems in our recruitment process. Here is why ORTA stands out: beautiful interface, user friendly, captures the required information, availability to download the files to external files.
The recruitment and compliance process is now faster, more reliable and consistent. The 24hr reference requests have reduced the manual chasing of references to 0 as the system does it for you. The amount of hours I have lost chasing the references doesn't bear mentioning.
In addition the support team are second to known! As our organisation has required adjustments to the system to be inline with current regulations and legislation, we have been able to log a ticket with the support team, who respond expeditiously and provide clear updates and time frames for when they will be able to make any changes. I love that they take on board suggestions and are able to resolve queries for us in a timely manner.
The support team who I have worked with, (Jamie and Michelle, take a bow) have been outstanding! This is THE best recruitment onboarding system on the market, without a doubt!
