The shoes I ordered were a cheap knock off on what was advertised. I could not return them after I tried to multiple times. Cheap plastic, terrible fit. This company is a sham. Awful….do not order

I ordered what I believed to be orthopaedic Skechers sandals at a reduced price of £29.95 (original price £60). However, when they arrived it was apparent that they weren't genuine Skechers, and I then saw exactly the same sandals (Siketu) on Temu for around £13. I emailed Ortho Flow twice with my concerns, but they chose not to reply. I very much doubt they are even orthopaedic as when I started to walk in them they caused blisters on my feet.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE GOODS ARE FAKE, THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY.

Sadly I didn’t read these reviews before purchasing. I experienced as everyone else. Poor quality shoe that does not meet specification or advertised product. Equally told it was ‘sale’ and non-refundable, (although that doesn’t apply within the online 14 day cooling off period) Have contacted my credit card company and will alert the Trading Standards office in their UK distribution area.

Very poor sizing and unable to exchange due to being sale items. Avoid at all costs.

I have tried to return a pair of Sandals but I cannot 'due to their returns policy' clearly a dodgy Company, do not use them. Also was expecting Skechers sandals but have received some spurious brand I have never heard of which are poor quality.

This is a Chinese 'shop' company and like others have said it is a TOTAL sham. AI generated 'professional'. sob story about 'closing down'. Using the `Skechers' logo and no returns for sale items and most shoes/sandals are on sale.

They send a very, very poor quality copy of the items advertised on the website. The sandals I ordered (or thought I was ordering) did not arrive, what I got were cheap plastic and nasty imitation.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Although it is not obviously apparent on their homepage, they don't allow any returns for any sales or discounted items, regardless of issues around item description & quality.
The quality of the sandals we received was poor & does not look they they do on the website.

This company carries out fraudulent activity.
I ordered 1 pair of sandals, they increased the order to 2 pairs of identical sandals, and charged my credit card.
I tried to cancel the order Immediately but was told it was too late. They agreed to refund the order once I had received it, now they say it is their policy Not to refund, they just blatantly lie. It's disgusting behaviour.

Well where do I start,
This company if you could call it that have no morals, no customer service, between them and Royal mail it's hard to tell which is the worst.
My parcel of 2 pairs of shoes went missing from Tyneside sorting office on the 2nd July. I have made numerous contact to both places as to a refund. This has not happened, they have not even bothered to apologise, they are quite happy to take your money and ignore you, if there was a 0 in the scoring I would of given it .Nothing but scammers and thieves.

I wouldn’t even give one star. I had no clue that my order would come from
China given I thought I ordered from Ortho Flow UK. Website looks very pro, but the goods are cheap plastic and absolutely not ortho friendly. Absolute rubbish.

Great looking website, the product is very cheaply made awful. I wanted to return bust was told sale items could not be returned, I wasn't aware this was a sale item at £29.95
Please do not buy

I wouldn’t give them 1 star really TOTAL SCAM . All sale so no refund no return.. utter rubbish definitely not sketchers 🤣🤣🤔

Sandals arrived poor quality and wrong size are not responding to emails

Just heard back from orthoflow apparently my sandals were a sale item????? And there refund policy states cannot refund on sale items so unfortunately I gave just list £29.95 which as a pensioner cannot afford to lose
DO NoT buy from this company no credibility and no thought got its customers
Sandals do poor quality even charity shop will not be able to use them

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!! They are in breach of Consumer Rights Bureau protection stating after my wish to return shoes which differ from the description that sale items are non refundable . All items are protected under the Bureau of bought on line regardless of being on sale.
I will be taking legal action asap. Disgraceful way to con people when purchasing items in all good faith.

Scammers nothing but Scammers , just received a pair of sandals at a cost of £29.95 they are not worth a fiver utter rubbish , fingers crossed I will get a refund or bank charge back .....UPDATE 13/08/25 These scammers have refunded me thanks to the intervention of the amazing Natwest disputes team, if you paid via credit card make sure you dispute the payment with your bank
