I still haven’t received my order after a week so not great service so will not be using you again!!

Wished I had read reviews re my order of knee support.
item not arrived, was given a track number initially that linked to a courier but said needed to download the app. Thankfully I didn't . Then an email saying Evrie awaiting its arrival. Still no update, have emailed company twice no reply. Looking at reviews I am not hopeful and even if does arrive not guaranteed good quality by other reviewers.

I would not recommend Orthocomfort. My experience was disappointing from start to finish. The product did not meet my expectations, and the quality was much lower than advertised. Communication with customer service was slow and unhelpful, making it difficult to resolve the issue.

I had ordered a pair of compression socks which was getting delayed. When arrived it was packaged in an underwear pack. The size which I ordered was thigh high socks. But the size was below knee length.
Please do not buy anything from them. They appear to be fake.

I received a faulty hearing aid that was dead on arrival. I followed the company’s specific troubleshooting steps, including turning the device off and charging it continuously for over 5 hours, but it still fails to work.I sent a formal final notice email to resolve this issue last Monday, but the company has completely ignored my correspondence. They have failed to provide either a working replacement or a refund for a defective product.This is an unacceptable way to treat customers who rely on these vital devices. I am now escalating this issue through my bank and consumer protection services. Avoid this company.

Despite advertising FREE RETURNS this company gave me a complete run around. Refused to acknowledge my purchase, absolute SCAM.

I ordered the smartwatch for seniors and very disappointed. Battery life non existent - have to recharge every 12 hours and now I've stopped using it. It's not waterproof, despite claims. Blood pressure measuring very suspect. The app is clunky and has adverts appearing. Save your money and buy something better.

Delayed delivery , waiting weeks ,i cancelled the order as i had to purchase from another store ,they still then delivered it ,and its faulty ,they then expect me to pay to return it . Ive gone to my bank ,they have given me a refund via a chargeback . Ive offered to take item to a postoffice if orthocomfort send me a prepaid label ,but they are refuseing. This is a dreadfull company , they take your money and do not give a care about you or your goods.AVOID.

I ordered a pair of insoles with Orthocomfort and was sent a pair of socks instead. I was refused a refund. I was promised a replacement that never arrived. When I contacted them again, I was told I received the item according to their records. Please avoid buying from this company at all costs! I will be warning people about them on social media, too, Beware!!

Ordered an ankle strap for an injury .Took nearly three weeks to arrive . It is extremely poor quality made with cheapest materials with Velcro that doesn’t hold and too small for my foot.
All the way from Estonia .
Do not order this rubbish .

This is a scam company. Avoid! Pity I didn't check them out on Trustpilot first Why are these companies allowed to exist!

Great product

Very poor quality, flimsy ankle support, took ages to arrive and I didn't realise the company was in Estonia! Returns are not easy and costly. Communication very very slow. Would not recommend. Buy from the country you live in would be my advice & wish I had read the awful reviews before I bought it. :(

Took way to long to be delivered and product doesn't work no air comes through it and won't stay in place waste of money

I purchased a watch that was meant to help my mum as she recently fell and couldn’t contact anyone as phone was not with her, After searching for a less expensive smart watch to connect her phone to her wrist I found one advertised on OrthoComfort offering physical aids to assist the infirm and injuries and thought yeah ok, it links with phone it’s gold that she wanted so ordered off their website, which by the way if you visit their website and tap
On refunds you get a google blocked and alerts saying not trusted site .

I ordered and took an age to arrive and cost £68 on its arrival date found it to be poorer quality than advertised, it only connect one way to your watch from phone, you can’t answer or send anything from watch and it was Rose gold, not gold, even though a little round gold sticker on box,was pure gold, it wasn’t.

After pursuing a refund via email I was ignored until I mentioned sales of goods act not as advertised did they respondand offer a partial refund of 20% I refused and was put to 30% I wanted my money back and after some time they sent me a returns code and wanted me to photo this photo that and pay for return , I now thought it’s China as they said to avoid heavy returns costs

They processed a partial refund of 30% after a lot of hard work as wasn’t prepared to go to that expense and trouble, also these are sold over various sites all at different prices, found on Amazon at £48

You can make your own mind up if you would deal with this company as Hannah from customer services wasn’t particularly helpful even though the goods were not as described
I am just sharing my experience with this company and feel that the law has been broken here in UK but this is my view and opinion

Bought a smart watch, came damaged, doesn’t charge, won’t refund have to send back to Estonia. Biggest pile of crap, don’t be fooled and don’t buy a thing from this company.

Ordered a Smart Band watch expected it come within days then realised its coming direct from China. When arrived it's very difficult to charge on a plug socket as port is angled into the wall. Once charged it will not turn on - cheap Chinese rubbish sent an email to customer service but if other reviews are correct I do not expect a response.

Didnt realise this is an Estonian based company. Ordered a very small item, (little toe straightener) on 28/6/26. Still not arrived (6/7/26). Havent been able to cancel either.
There are lots of other places to buy a lot of their products who are uk based.

Ordered the watches x 2 took weeks to arrive charged them they don't work. They ignored all emails contact and no refund .absolute scam BEWARE
