Disgraceful handling of my order!
When I tried to cancel the order the following day after ordering, as I has read the reviews, I was ignored for a couple of days until it was conveniently too late to cancel!
Then the item arrived weeks later than quoted. I wasn't going to collect it from the post office, that way it would be returned automatically. My wife convinced me to see what the product was like as it was here now. She video'd me opening a damaged jiffy bag to reveal even more damaged boxes inside, they had clearly been opened and returned. No quality control at all as the silicon had leaked in the heat and was a splodge of dried silicon seeping out of the bag.
Despite all of this evidence, the company refused to refund me and offered me only 50%. After another few rounds they offered me 70%. I can't afford to replace the noise canceling earbuds until I get a full refund. They were purchased because I'm very ill and need to block out the sound. After 5 weeks of added stress and no solution I've decided to write a review a week until this gets resolved. If it takes a year then they will have 52 sites of bad reviews. I hope that this will prevent anyone from falling into the same trap!!!!

Terrible quality products and misleading advertisements.
Company is actually based in Estonia and make you pay for the return of you want a full refund. They try and push you for 20% refund as it's the "fastest option".
I purchased 2 knee supports and was seeking fast delivery and was mislead to think I was buying from the UK.
I thought spending a bit extra money would make for better quality but this is definitely not the case with this company; you are just paying for the shipping mostly.
Go to eBay and find knee supports there instead, there's cheaper options and don't take ages to come like purchasing from this company.
In the end I ended up going with "Bearhug" knee supports as I could verify they were in the UK and felt distrustful after using this site. Still expensive for what they are but atleast I didn't get ripped off like I did here for the cheapest material I have ever felt.

Don't buy anything from this company.
The product didn't work properly. It took ages to arrive and the customer service email bounced back when I tried to contact them about the issue. Just a waste of money and time.

Awful service. Ordered something thinking it would be a standard delivery. Wished I ordered from Amazon. 3 weeks later and still no idea when the wrist support I need after fracture will arrive. What a waste of money as I now need to order from Amazon anyway....

Absolutely terrible product. Arrived unusable due to the disconnection of wires on the wrap around earbuds, that btw, will only fit a small childs ear. No communication for refund after following appropriate steps. Do not buy from this company. Read their impossible requests before you are even close to getting a resolution

Wish I could give less than one star, everything that people are writing about lengthy delivery times is 100% correct. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Update.... after 3 weeks the product is here and it's gone straight into the bin, it is nothing like what the photos show. For a Morton's Neuroma you need hefty padding to dial down the pain but what has been delivered here is wafer thin, utter rubbish. You have lied to me and deceive me, I hope you're happy.

Bought a supposed fall detection watch. Cheap rubbish, doesn't work. Do not order!

What a CON. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered supportive/compression gloves for arthritic hands and fingers. They claim to have magnets to help with pain. They were a soft non compressive fabric with no magnets. Just gold colour rubber dots on the fabric. Absolutely appalled at the totally misleading words used to sell the product. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Do not buy anything from this company.
They are based in Estonia. Not UK as I was lead to believe.
You get ripped off when they issue refund.
As they are Estonia based, correspondence takes ages on their part.
BE WARNED.

Thought this was a UK based company. I wondered why it took so long to arrive. Absolute load of rubbish. Supposed to be a foot support but just a shoddy piece of plastic with velcro. Second time this year I have been scammed. I must remember to read reviews in future. Wish there was an option for no stars!!!

Easy to order,arrive a few days later well informed and the comfiest sliders ever packaged well deffo be purchasing more of the joya collection!!

Took 3 weeks to arrive. When it did, the elbow support was cheap and poor quality. Not what I would have hoped for at that price. The fabric is thin and the Velcro is already pulling the fibers out of the support.

I am still waiting for my brace, it is still with Yodol delivers

Looked like they are a UK company but based in Estonia and humidifier coming from China, if I had known it was coming from China I wouldn't have ordered as to slow.
Tried to call and phone constantly engaged.

Bought flexalign from Otho comfort. Not worth the money spent. The are more likely to cut off the circulation in my toes rather than aligning them.

Don't waste you time or money. Honestly wish I'd seen all the negative reviews before I wasted my money with this company. I need a knee support for running, and stupidly chose this company because their website gives the impression that they're UK-based. They're not.

I waited ages for the eventual delivery of a low-grade item from China. The company is based somewhere in Europe (allegedly) so I can't return the item without huge cost. Deliberately deceptive con artists.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. AVOID this site at all costs. I bought two humidifiers which I am still waiting for. The tracking number they gave me does absolutely nothing so I contacted customer care to ask what was going on with my order. I got a reply back with someone else's name and order number and some made up story about my order being shipped. This then prompted me to look up reviews and I found that they were all really bad.

I emailed back asking for my order to be cancelled and a full refund issued and the reply was they cannot cancel/refund my order if after 24 hours but I can send the items back (obviously at a cost for myself) and that's if they even arrive. Absolutely disgraceful service and so utterly unprofessional. It was also said that now all of a sudden there was an issue with the shipping company and my order has not left their premises. Again AVOID at all costs, very clearly a scam
