Would not recommend for Consent Order. Started with one solicitor who was very slow to respond and not very helpful. Was then passed to Claire Doroudy. When the file was transferred I was sent an email with my name and the word 'file' spelled incorrectly, and things didn't improve from there.
My main issue is that when I was trying to complete on my house sale, I desperately needed the consent order to be approved in order to be able to sell my house. It had been submitted in time (thanks to my chasing emails) but there was a delay with the courts. When I asked what could be done about this, I was given a number to call and then advised that for a further £1000 Claire could write a letter to my conveyancing solicitor. When I chased up through the court service it became apparent that there was a process for urgent approvals. They prioritised my case and it was approved within 24 hrs (they were extremely helpful). At no point was this process ever highlighted to me.
Divorce is stressful enough, I wish I had found a firm that offered clarity and support throughout the process rather than trying to extract money.

Anisa was very compassionate, knowledgeable and listened to me with great empathy. She was with me every step of the way, I could not have got through my application without her guidance, advice and support.
