I am currently studying my NVQ Level 2, and I have had a great learning experience. My Skills Coach, Jayne Lynch, has been very supportive throughout my course. She is kind, friendly, and always willing to help whenever I need guidance.

OTM Apprenticeship program is most helpful and valuable educational program which I ever had in my life. Specially, the lecture Mrs. Cheryl is one of most helpful,friendly talented and skilful lecture in my course. She always use easy teaching techniques and materials for my deep understanding of every subject of this course. The time period also flexible and easily manage with my work loads. Online submission platform also plays an amazing part of my studies because it helps me to submit my assignments on time. I will receive the feedback as soon as I submitted my assignments. Finally, I recommend this course to everyone who works in healthcare sector.

My apprenticeship has been a valuable learning experience that has helped me develop both my knowledge and practical skills within my role.One of the most rewarding aspects has been being able to apply what I have learned directly in the workplace and seeing the positive impact it has on the people I support. I feel the apprenticeship has helped me grow professionally and has prepared me well for further development within the care sector.

Company was very helpful in the acquiring process. And they guided us through the steps. Always checked back and followed up. The training sessions are great.

I am in my 7th month with my apprenticeship. I have developed both professionally and personally and feel very confident in my role, and looking forward to taking up more challenging roles with my gained experience. Cheryl Hunter and Jenny Hatcher — my tutors on this new learning journey — have both been incredible.
