Fast delivery good packaging

I ordered a pair of trainers for my boyfriend & they arrived less than 48 hours later, amazing services & very approachable when I messaged asking about delivery times on Instagram, Tom who responded was very helpful & updated me through the whole process from before ordering until they were at my door!

Will 100% be back again!

Received next day and I ordered late morning/early afternoon. Very well packaged.

Took a bit longer for the order to be processed and sent out for delivery than some other suppliers. But I got my trainers in the end.. Good communication though..

I still haven't recieved it since it was held by customs in my country and I was on a holiday, but it should come in this week! Good service and quick response when you have a question about your order. I couldn't find this jacket in my country so happy to find it here! Great collection too.

I ordered a jacket and it arrived with the zip broken. I contacted Tom who owns the company and he said to send it back and he’ll get a new one out to me asap. Tom has failed to send another jacket. Ive contacted him multiple times after via email and I tried his mobile number which is on the website. After 3 weeks he got back to me and said so sorry your emails went in to junk and he’ll send a new jacket asap via next day delivery, the jacket still hasn’t arrived! I’ve contacted via instagram and heard nothing back! I tried to support a small business and it ends up in problems!!

I placed my order very late, that late I enquired with their instagram page to see if he could get it to me short time, which he did. customer service is brilliant, not many better!

Brilliant company. Bought a nike Windrunner which I’d bought 5 times from other companies and kept having my order cancelled due to no stock even though their websites said in stock. Reached out to these guys on Instagram, they responded quickly to confirm stock and I placed order online (slightly cheaper than some of the other companies and a discount code on the site!) Great communication throughout and parcel arrived super fast. Dispatched Wednesday and arrived Thursday 👍 thanks for a great service. Will be back
