Lovely tiles but disappointing customer service with incorrect lead times displayed on their website. This led to a delay in completing our bathroom project.

Love how our foyer feels now, the Sea Sparkle tiles give a real character. We love Otto very much.

Bought desert green Moroccan tiles for our bathroom. They arrived safely and look amazing, exactly what we hoped for. Staff was so helpful in guiding us to choose the best color for our bathroom.

I was nervous ordering Starry nights handmade tiles online but the team guided me through it. Delivery came within the time frame promised and colors matched the samples.

Love my zellige color its imperfect and authentic shape, otto has the most unique design and i am so happy with my small bathroom!

Our interior designer suggested Otto for our house. After visiting the showroom it made sense. The kitchen turned out great. We used bejmats and zelliges. Delivery was slightly later than the first estimate but still within the timeframe they gave us. Many thanks Mali for endless help.

Very happy with tiles received (Encaustic cement cat tiles). All very in good condition and after following the instructions on sealing turned out great. Tiler said good quality to work with.

Their tiles are beautifull, worth the price for commercial spaces.

Gorgeous hand made tiles on the website. We received a beautiful handmade product that was badly stained with what looked looked like chicken shit and blue byro ink all over. Some tiles were pretty badly banged up and chipped. My installer had to buy paint thinner to dissolve all the weird stuff that was on it. Will look great installed but would prefer to work with a more reputable firm that worries about how the tiles are packed. Wish i could attach some photos.

A polished turd of a company..
We saw on the website some beautifully designed encaustic tiles which we ordered to use as a surround for a wood burner.
When they arrived around a third of the tiles had quite bad staining (I’m not the first person to flag this in a review I notice).
I reached out to Otto, who promptly sent me a generic AI generated response clearly intended to fob me off.
The company line is that some variation in colour is to be expected as the tiles are hand made and it’s a natural process.
I completely understand that, I was expecting some colour variation, but not to the extent that I saw in what I had received. I can’t use them- they look stained.
I sent photo evidence but again received an ai generated email which skirted all my questions.
Why on the website do none of the lovely photos showing what you could buy reflect the reality of the result I received?
My last email asking for the worst ones to be replaced has been ignored.
Not only have I wasted time and money on tiles I cannot use, I’ve been left angry and frustrated at the response from the company who clearly couldn’t care less.
Otto tiles please don’t insult me by responding to this review with more drivel about how you’re sorry I feel this way and some colour variation is to be expected etc. Be honest, try caring about your customers and not just their money.

Absolutely beautiful handcrafted tiles and Dilek at Otto Tiles was enormously helpful. Will definitely use them in my next project.

Incredibly frustrating customer service experience. I reached out to the company via phone to request a custom tile order. They advised they could accommodate the request and to send details via email. After emailing with the details I was told by someone else from the “Customer Service” team that the order would not be possible.

Based on what I was told on the phone I had planned the whole room and ordered complimentary items such as the sink and paint etc. Dealing with this company has therefore wasted both my time and money and they couldn’t seem to care less. So if you value your time and money, avoid this company.

I’d recommend Maitland & Poate and Claybrook if you want nice tiles + dealing with a customer service team who actually have knowledge about their products and care about customer experience.
