So far, so good. I'm waiting for our IT geek to check the computer out to see if it is what we were expecting to get.
So far, it seems to be more than the, in that the memory seems to be 2TB, as opposed to the 512 gigs we were expecting.

First time I used this Co and they were brilliant - such a fast delivery and everything else just fine

These people are outright crooks. I bought a Macbook Pro back in 2021. I was sent sent a machine which took weeks to arrive, I contacted them to cancel as it was taken far to long but was assured it was on its way. Sadly this machine I was only able to use a handful of times before as it developed faults. At the time of purchasing I was told it was a 2018 Macbook Pro - later I found out the body was 2014 and the keyboard even older when I booked in a for a repair at the Mac store in Leicester. In fact, the back light was no longer working along with five keys after only a handful of uses.They refused at Ourdeal to even take responsibility for their product. I have a memory of paying for an extra warranty but was still told but over email that it was no longer valid. Ourdeal do not seem to have a record of this warranty. I've lost £625 and I'll be contacting Consumer Rights as I've been cheated out of a lot of money. Disgusting treatment - these people should not be in business.

When purchasing my new Mac there were no issues. However, when trying to contact someone about a previous purchase this was a different matter. I tried to call several times to discuss the issue but no answer and I emailed and thought I had confirmed a refund. This was unfortunately not true, so I am left with 2 Mac's. One I only had for 3 months and wanted to swap for an upgrade and was assured that this wouldn't be a problem. So I have now sold the older Mac for less than a third of what I paid for it. All in all I am not impressed with the communication.

A large selection of Apple products. I wanted an iMac for photo editing but didn't want to pay the full price, so a refurbished one was the best option. It's great - in good condition and everything works brilliantly. Can recommend this company.

I've bought a number of iMacs from Our Deal and the guys are very nice to do business with and prompt to reply to any emails.

We bought an Apple Desktop of our deal . Desktop looks in excellent condition but when it arrived we couldn’t connect to internet and had to send back which they fixed very promt .Went to had Outlook (for our emails) because the machine is too old we cannot download this onto our desktop.They never answer phone it’s done all by email. I’m not great on computers but customer service was very poor .Wouldn’t use these again!

I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t 100% sure of what to ask for. I contacted our deal.co.uk and they sent me details of what they thought met my needs. I took my time, comparing, learning, and finally made my decision. 2 days later my new Mac was in situ, connected and up and running.
No hassle
No drama.
No waffle.
Just excellent advice and customer service.

Having bought refurbished apple's before I have always been disappointed with the after sales if anything goes wrong. I thought something was wrong with the iMAC they sent to me and emailed them - they responded immediately and were very helpful. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the machine I was just too impatient! :-)

Had a lot of issues with this company but all are sorted now. Original review was one star but because they fixed the issue and were apologetic it’s gone up to three.

I purchased a refurbished 5k imac tom ourdeal. This was received promptly and very well packaged. The item was in perfect condition and great value and is now being used for photography editing on my desk. This also came with a two year warrenty.

Great computer and quick response , but disappointed with the obviously used WIRED keyboard and WIRED mouse ...delivery was a joke!!! but NOTHING to do with the merchant

Really good communication, had an issue with the first laptop sent, but this was dealt with quickly and professionally, shout out to Romman.
