Life changing.

I had my teeth done on the 23rd of October with Ourdentist Abroad.

Everything was made so simple and easy, they organised all the transport from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic, which was always on time and super quick to get to and from and hotel and clinic.

The clinic itself was super clean and sterile as well as it looking very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. All the staff there, we’re so friendly and welcoming.

My care coordinator was called Irem, and she just went above and beyond to help me not only while I was over in Antalya but while I have been back in the UK. She was so kind, helpful and supportive, reassuring me every step of the way and has answered every question I have asked (which I have had many questions) lol due to me suffering with extreme levels of anxiety, and she was just so understanding and patient and succeeded every time with with helping calm that anxiety, by advising me every step of the way. Irem is incredibly professional and just overall a really lovely person it was a pleasure to of met her.

My dentist was Dt Canberk, He was so professional and friendly. The work he has done on my teeth has been life changing, his work is 10/10 and my teeth are perfect because of his work. He was very thorough in helping me achieve the smile i wanted. He is the best dentist I have ever been to in my life.

My teeth have healed up so quick and I have had no issues with them, and now I just walk about with a permanent smile on my face haha!

I had my crowns done by Our Dentist Abroad a little under a month ago, and my experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, providing constant reassurance and ensuring my comfort throughout the process. I am so happy with my smile and will definitely be returning for future treatments. If you're considering dental work, I highly recommend them! The VIP transfer service was fantastic as well. A big shoutout to Nura, a wonderful lady who made my experience ten times better and to yigit who I enquired with about the crowns he was very helpful!

I had a terrible experience with poorly fitted crowns at this dental clinic. Before the procedure, I specifically asked the dentist if I would be getting individual crowns. He assured me that I would, but I’m not sure whether he misunderstood or simply lied. During the process, a lot more of my teeth were shaved down than I had expected, despite asking for minimal shaving.

Once the crowns were fitted, I pointed out the issue with a joint bridge rather than individual crowns, but my concerns were brushed off. I also showed the dentist a gap, which he dismissed, telling me not to worry. A few days later, I noticed that my bite was off. When I brought this up, I was told it was my responsibility to mention it earlier. I was shocked by this, as I had just received injections and was numb at the time, making it impossible for me to check my bite properly.

When I asked why I received a bridge instead of individual crowns, they claimed it was for strength and to prevent gaps. However, after I pointed out the existing gaps, they finally acknowledged the issue but told me to simply brush in a certain way. They also mentioned that I might need a root canal.

Any good dentist knows that crowns are supposed to be individual, otherwise, food gets stuck, and you can’t floss properly. Using a water flosser may even damage your gums in the long run.

Now, 10 months later, I’m dealing with a toothache, constant bleeding and receding gums, and extreme sensitivity to even the smallest amount of sugar. I’ve never had a toothache, gum recession, or bleeding gums before this procedure. Despite maintaining excellent oral hygiene, they’ve blamed my brushing habits. I’m in touch with another patient who had the same problem, and they told her it was due to vaping, even though her issues persisted after she quit.

The clinic offered me another treatment, but I refuse to put myself in further danger. While my teeth may look good, my gums are in serious trouble. Food particles are getting stuck, which could eventually lead to a gum abscess, despite using a water flosser.

They continue to lie. I have all screenshots of the conversation.

Many people are avoiding writing negative reviews because they don’t want to lose their warranty, but I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I’m now having to spend over 10k to fix this mess. Please avoid this clinic at all costs

I had to go back 4 times in less than a year and my teeth are still not ok!!!!!! I first had 24 crowns fitted in April 2024. The first concern I had was once my permanent crowns were ready to be fitted as I was under the impression they would be individual crowns however they were stuck together in groups of 6. I asked the dentist if this is normal and they said yes. When my top front 6 crowns were put in my mouth they did not feel flush and if you pressed one side of them the other side would lift, the dentist cemented them down. After 1 month I had started to notice a gap between my canine and the tooth next to it and food was getting stuck in there. I spoke to the dentist and they said I could come back.
The first time I went back I was told they could see no problems so I left and came home. A month later the problem was getting worse so I flew over to turkey again and they replaced my top front 6. 1 month later I again noticed another gap on the opposite side of my top front 6, between the canine and the one next to it. I contacted them again as I was told I would have 5 year warranty if anything went wrong however when I contacted them this time on WhatsApp I was informed that if there’s no cracks or chips (which there wasnt) then I’d have to pay for it myself… I posted the original review on trust pilot and the dentist had agreed for me to come over again to fix the problems but yes at my own flight and hotel expense again, transfers were always included though which was helpful, I have just returned after having to go back out to turkey again. They replaced my 3 on the top right had side as the gum around the tooth next to the canine had started to recede. On the bottom row I had felt something strange if I run my tongue between the tooth like my tongue catches and sometimes food gets stuck there however the dentist couldn’t see any problems so she polished it to smooth it down. I had to decide there and then if it had helped but could not tell immediately so I lost my time opportunity to get the bottom ones replaced. Of course I don’t want to have to get them replaced if I don’t need to… Since being home, I still have a gap between my canine and tooth on the other set next to it where food gets trapped and is extremely difficult to get out. I have also realised that unfortunately the polishing on the bottom tooth hasn’t helped and in fact I think it has made it worse. I do feel bad for the dentist that I am having so many problems because I believe they’re doing all they can to help but at the same time I am still having these problems. I have followed every advice given and I do not know why I still have these issues. The dentist do not admit/ believe that I have had any problems with my teeth. Maybe the problem is not poor fitting, I am not a dentist I do not know, all I know is that I get food stuck which is extremely hard to get out and if left will start to leave a bad taste in my mouth, I feel pain around those areas and my gums around those areas will recede. After being told the first time that this was caused by my gums receding due to vaping, i stopped vaping however I am still having the same issues. I use mouthwash which was recommended by the dentist, interdental sticks, water flossing. I now also make sure I brush from gum to tooth as recommended by the dentist. As I mentioned, I do not know for a fact because I am not a dentist but I do believe the issues I am having are due to poorly fitting crowns. Where they don’t fit my mouth properly, it is causing food to get in the gaps and my gums to recede. I believe individual crowns would have fit my mouth better. I have since had my crowns replaced by them in sets of 2 rather than 6 - which in all fairness was good for them to do. However I still have the same problems with my teeth.

This company refused to do anymore work to fix the issues until I would remove my review from trust pilot - I’m sure they’ve done this with lots of people hence the lack of negative reviews as i had met multiple other people in turkey who were also there having issues with their teeth by them. The company had already changed the name once and they had removed their reviews from google… there is something seriously shady about them.

The dentist have continued to deny that I have problems with my teeth which is completely crazy to me but I will say they did try and fix the problems (unsuccessfully). Although the most recent time i was told the head dentist would be fixing the problem and it was not him.

I am devastated with this entire process and getting crowns our dentist abroad is one of my biggest regrets in my life.

I will either need to pay £20-30k + in the UK to get them fixed or I will need dentures by the time I am 40. I am heartbroken.

Please please please don’t use this clinic.

From first message to getting to antalya picked up vip and took to hotel and back and forth to dentist was incredibly out of this world got 6 implants along with extractions and root canals not one bit if pain at all a would highly recommend this company to the highest order and a looking forward to seeing use all again in January for my final smile thank again and will.be recommend use guys to alot of people in glasgow 🙌👌

I had dentist Pinar, she was great and looked after me really well, she ensured I liked both the shapes and colour and was keen to make the changes I wanted.
Irem is helpful, arranging transport, accommodation etc. always available to message with any questions.

After doing months on online research I finally found the courage to book an appointment in the UK for an initial consultation. After speaking to Dr Alp I felt reassured enough to book a date to fly over with my family. From the moment we were greeted at the airport I was blown away with how organised they were and every detail had been taken care of. I started my treatment the day after we arrived, and although the first day was quite intensive the help and communication I received from Irem was amazing. Four days later I had a better smile than I could have ever imagined and honestly couldn’t be happier. If you having any kind of anxiety in taking the plunge (and believe me I certainly did) you can’t be in safer hands than these guys. Their clinic is awesome and all the staff are amazing and friendly, and Dr Pinar is almost as much of a perfectionist as me! - thank you so much.

I was always very sure of the work they could do for me because it was the same diagnosis as my dentists in Edinburgh and Spain. Once at the clinic I was able to confirm their professionalism and the new generation technology they have there, giving me a more accurate diagnosis with the appropriate treatment. I was treated with great kindness by a fabulous interpreter whose name I don't remember, but she has short hair. She was with me at all times. The doctors were fabulous and the airport and clinic transfers were friendly and punctual. Thank you very much and 1000% recommended.

This clinic was recommended to me and I went to have a smile makeover. I had ten porcelain zirconium crowns on the top and ten on the bottom. I wanted to crown all the teeth but the dentist said no, it wasn't necessary as my other teeth were really good. I appreciated this honesty, it confirmed to me that it wasn't all about the money. I absolutely love my new teeth and I get so many compliments. I chose a natural style and colour and people can't believe they're not my own teeth. The clinic is state of the art, very modern and spotlessly clean. The staff are very caring and professional and they really look after you. I have had messages from the patient coordinator since my return to check everything is ok. I was picked up from the airport in a luxury vehicle and taken to my hotel which was very nice and my room included breakfast each morning. I was also picked up for each appointment and then for my return to the airport. There is actually nothing I could criticise about my whole experience from start to finish. These people know what they're doing and are so good at it....total professionals. If you're undecided, don't be, just go and get a new smile!

I recently had my teeth done with our dentist abroad. I’ve been doing my research for a long time on dentists to go with in Turkey as I’ve had very bad experiences with UK dentists that caused me a lot of ongoing dental problems and anxiety and depression. I finally decided to go to Turkey and get everything sorted and get my smile and confidence back! Our dentist abroad was AMAZING to me throughout my whole journey! Months before I booked.. throughout and now that I’m home.. they have been the BEST with communication.. they listened to exactly what I wanted and they are just the most lovely kind people ever! I also come with my little family & they were so amazing with my 15th month old
Son whilst I got my treatment. Myself and my family will miss the ‘our dentist abroad family’ so much & will be coming back for check ups next year. We can’t wait to see you all again & thank you for everything. The teeth are so natural & perfect as was my experience with our dentist abroad.

Steer away from this clinic!!! Most if not all reviews are from people straight after their getting their teeth done or from footballers that are serviced by different dentists.

They have two businesses operating under the same facility, Alp's Dental Clinic and Our Dentist Abroad.

This is commercial dentistry and work under a conveyor belt principle with people trained in dentistry as far as shave old teeth - glue the new teeth - NEXT!

After my dentist was finished with shaving I had to do 10 root canal treatments as the teeth were shaved too fine. Their own root canal specialist was shocked on the work she did. The worst thing is that while she said it's okay and only 2 root canals need treatment the actual specialist that deals with root canals said 10. That's how much of an experts are their dentist. If it's not shaving and glueing they are clueless.

When I was having my treatment I asked them to fix another tooth before they glue in the crowns as it visibly needed fixing. They again said it's okay, it's okay and refused to fix it. Why? Because it takes time and the conveyor belt is running so they don't have time to do quality job.

Now almost a year later the exact tooth has caused infection and it costs £2000 to fix with dentists that have studied to be dentists as they have to remove the crown.

Whoever reads this, I know how it feels when you've stopped smiling because of how your teeth might look or have toned down your personality thinking that people will see your teeth and judge or the lack confidence in almost any social setting. I was the same for years until I finally was ready to make the change.

But I promise you you don't want to do it twice. Yes it might cost a bit more to go with other dentists in Turkey but don't do this to yourself.

There are numerous high standard dentists in Turkey that are real experts. I made a mistake by thinking I can save £400 and go with these guys as it looks the same. NO!

Unless you are after SHAVE - GLUE - NEXT, go with anyone but these guys.

Can you not see how your message only reinforces what I've said?

Requesting money spent on the treatment and compensation for the fees I have to pay for a dentist treatment to fix what your dentist caused is NOT BLACKMAIL.

Your dentist who say is a professional, out of 22 teeth shaved 10 teeth too much so we had to add root canal treatment and 2 teeth are still periodically reactive to heat and cold.

The dentist also refused to fix the tooth I asked to fix at least 12 times, the tooth that now has infected and cost 2000 to fix.

You mentioned that the blue residue on my gums under crown is due to allergy caused by the material of the old filling. Your dentist did not mention anything about allergies nor did she attempt to suggest or use a different material to avoid allergies.

Now, how is that a professional or an expert?

You yourself acknowledged the fact that the materials you used and the filling I had caused allergy. At no point did you advise on potential allergies nor did you offer advise alternatives.

Your offer was for me to travel to Turkey and get my teeth done in the same clinic that caused the situation in the first place.

So your offer is for me to pay for flights, hotel and being in Turkey for 3 days+ to get my teeth done in the same clinic.

Can you see how it's a common sense for me to ask for a refund and get my teeth done with professional that are much CLOSER than Turkey?

You mentioned on multiple occasions that it's a quick fix and nothing big...yet you are saying it will take 2-3 days to fix it.

My whole dental treatment took 6 days. Can you see how you're contradicting yourself?

The fact alone that you're saying I am looking for a compensation for a tooth you didn't administer treatment is you failing to understand that the tooth you didn't administer treatment on after numerous requests only reinforces your lack of understanding of the seriousness of the situation and only further shows the service provided.

It's been almost a year since I got the treatment. Why would I reach out to you if it wouldn't be serious?

Failure to provide a full treatment, mention about allergies, shaving almost half of the teeth too fine shows what I mentioned in the first review.

My journey started in January with the beautiful Erum via what’s app and I flew out 27th February I had 3 teeth extraction 3 dental implants fitted & 3 root canals I was so nervous as I had a phobia about dentist.but I can honestly say it was such a smooth and not so painful procedure I flew back to England 5 days later and had to wait 12 weeks before I could go back to have my zirconium teeth fitted in in June 2024 I had my beautiful smile completed it was such a amazing journey for me as my teeth was my biggest insecurity all the staff were amazing and my dentist did a amazing service,

My experience was amazing all friendly staff, they make you feel very welcome and the price is better than anywhere else and the quality of the teeth is top top range! They changed my life and I could not recommend ANYONE but these guys!!

From the beginning till the very end the dentist was absolutely helpful, my smile is beautiful and would recommend anyone to go there! Will definitely be going back to my check ups !!!
