I have been working with this hosting for a little over a year. I have never had any problems, technical support helped me to migrate my sites and configure them for virtual servers. All this was done for free. I was given a test period to test the hosting. I was satisfied. The price tag is relatively cheap at the present time. I always pay with cards. They accept it without any problems.

We have been cooperating with this company for a long time and we find our business relationships as successful. Quality of servers is one of the best in this industry, they work clearly and we don' face any difficulties by using them. Another advantage is prisec for their service, they attract us a lot. To sum up, good service level and reasonable prices.

Without warning, my website went offline, and upon contacting support, I was informed that my data was irretrievably lost. This was not just a temporary outage but a complete loss, affecting not only my online presence but also my trust in Ourhost's ability to safeguard my site's content.

Never trust that server bcs their team works not good, we passed their sysem and later they lost our backup. we have faced that and system works so slowly. Find better server if you want sleep night safely regarding of server. Also they dont have good reviews so much please before choose them investigate more

Highly appreciate Murad Suleymanov support, but if you host in this hosting your website know that your data is not insured in any way.
Somebody login to my account in Ourhost dashboard and went through Cpanel. Then just deleted my data.
I had to return old data and this data is in no way relevant because the backup was made the day before.
Maybe this is the only case and how fate happened to me.
But know that this hosting service does not guarantee the integrity of your data.
Highly appreciate their support but they are useless in my issue.
