Horrible business avoid at any cost
Ordered a dress in 2025, it was cheap and horrible tbey gave me store credit instead of refund. Ordered another one using the credit same month they cancelled saying its out of stock.
8 months later i came across the page and using my store credit ordered a dresson june 1st, page showed delivery in noida in 4-5 days. Not delivered it in 1.5 months
No customer care call/ chat. Got response to mail that we are still in production.
After 2 months again cancelled gave store credit
Ordered 4 th item , same story, showing on website , no delivery. We are still in production
After 40 days got the item, its the cheapest, most awful piece of crap, nowhere close to website images and description
Its not even worth 200 rupees forget 3200
This business is a scam, avoid it
They just pay influencers to showcase who say good things, no customer service/ feedback/ google page as their reality would be disclosed

❌❌❌❌ SAMMERES !!!❌❌❌❌❌ THEY HAVEN'T GIVEN MY MONEY SINCE PAST ONE MONTH AND ARE JUST LYING TO ME ABOUT GIVING IT BACK. I ordered a dress from these people in end of April, and they were not able to delivery it to me for some got damn reason, but i still waiting for a long time but they FAILED to deliver it to me. Very frustrated i asked for a cancellation and refund on 23 of may. I didn't receive my refund so i called them AGAIN on 5 of June. They said that they started the refund process on 31 of may and need a week's time. I waited till 13 of June expecting a refund and they still are asking for time. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS A BIG WARNING FROM MY END !!! WARNING ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ this has happened witha lot more people other than me. Be safe !

Got Scammed. 40 days since i placed order. No communication or refund

I wish I could give them negative review. Outcasts is a fraudulent website.
1. They put all incorrect images of the clothing items and all of a sudden the images change. (Happened to me, that I ordered a dress based on how it looked and 2 days later, the images were different .)
2. It’s been 3 days my order has not even processed, no email from them, they don’t reply to any whatsapp/Instagram/emails. They even delete all comments.
3. They’re running heavy meta ads so basically they’re only taking money from orders and putting it to run ads so more people are scammed.
The owners Ritik and Mayank Chaudhary even have their Linkedin messages and posts locked so noone can send them any messages
GIRLS!!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM.
