Awful
Awful. Absolutely awful. Ordered an item, came completely a different colour from what was ordered. I reported this and showed evidence. Also showed evidence of a letter they had put in the box to prove it had been controlled by four people. Not a single member of staff picked up on the fact that it was pink and not black. I pointed this out and then was told I had to arrange to send the engraved personalised item back to them before they would send me out a replacement or even consider refunding me. I use their return portal and sat in for two days waiting for the item to be picked up. It was not picked up and I was still left with the stupid item no replacement and no refund.

I paid for next day delivery but it arrived 2 days later and I was informed that any orders placed after 2pm would not be processed for next day delivery. When I pointed out that this was not clear at point of sale and payment for this service should not have been processed I have been met with rude messages from the customer service department therefore I shall take this up with Trading standards

Very disappointing company to work with, having let me down they became defensive and rude on the phone and then tried to blame me for it, plenty of other companies online, I would avoid this company 100%

Terrible Customer Service
06.02.25 Subsequently to the below review, I have changed my star rating from 1 to 2. Customer service have now advised that it was a system glitch and they have taken accountability and are sending a new item to me. Although my husbands birthday was yesterday, I still appreciate this outcome. I just wish Customer Service would have immediately rectified the issue.
04.02.25 Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not order from this company. When you choose to have an item engraved, it gives you a preview of what the engraving would look like. The engraving I chose on a Farrer and Tanner item was 100% based on the preview they showed on their Website. When the item arrived, the engraving looked completely different to the preview. I emailed and explained this was for my husbands 40th and I would like it rectified, but they refused and made out like it was my fault. I even sent screen shots of the preview but they just refused to take any responsibility. There was no way of speaking to anyone over the phone even though they say the customer service is open from 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday. I spent a lot of money on something I am very disappointed with.

Amazing service
Just did a medium bulk order of a product from Farrar & Tanner through Outdoor365 to various individuals. I received a fair discount from Corporate sales, their customer service was excellent, delivery was impressively prompt despite the Christmas period. Whatever they're doing, they're doing it right. Very very pleased.

I have ordered a manicure set from one of the company linked to outdoor365.
There was an issue with my order and I had to send it back. I was impressed by the customer service and how quickly they processed my refund.
Unhelpful customer service
Item fine but the engraving was so far off-centre it was laughable. Contacted customer service who said to return the item, but seeing as it was a gift there wasn't enough time to send back and wait for the replacement. I kindly asked them if they could initiate a replacement and I would send the return ASAP, only to be told that wasn't possible. Poor customer service letting down an otherwise quality product. Will purchase elsewhere in the future.

Took some chasing but turned out ok
I ordered a Ledlenser head torch (not an inexpensive one) and had an email back saying it wasn't in stock, asking me to consider a different one (more expensive) or consider a refund. It took a while (and a threatening email and initial negative review here) to get a response back from them and when I called their 'customer service' number, it was not in service. Their customer service messaging service was also not working when I tried that. I was feeling v nervous. In the end, however, as response below indicates, they did get in touch and sent me the headtorch at original price and expedited delivery, so all is well. Thank you to the company for sorting it in the end.

I ordered a strap for my watch
I ordered a strap for my watch. I received one, but I think it's a differtent one. I'trying to return it but the form is only working with a UK adress. i'm sending emails but I only get back that my email (with text and pictures) is blank.

Terrible, avoid buying here. Also beware they have various companies linked to them. Multi-tool-store is also these people.
Ordered a leather man, it arrived and quality was terrible. Logo was not printed correct, tool was not tight, just flopped about. This was a Leatherman Free P4, I’ve got the P2 and the quality was 100% better.
These looks like off the line rejects.
Trying to return it and it’s hard work, there is no contact number.

really poor customer service
really poor customer service, ordered an item via express delivery and paid extra to get it within the 1-3 days stated, umpteen phone call, unanswered email and absolutely no empathy whatsoever from customer service manager, just gargled excuses and an offer to refund the express delivery off £3.95, what a bonus that is!! Really poor !

Missing items and no response from the business
I agree with the last reviewer. They are happy to take your money and then fail to reply to any emails or phone calls if you have an issue. I ordered a skeletool and sheath. The sheath arrived but no skeletool. Poor packaging and item missing. Still not had a response or a refund. I would give this company a zero if I could. Keep well away.

Happy to accept orders but just as happy to ignore customer service obligations. It’s difficult for all of us at this time. I wouldn’t dream of treating my customers like this
Amazing service
Amazing service. I made a stupid mistake in my original order, and without questioning it, Rachel in Customer Service, offered to replace the item with the correct one and sent me a return label - this was my initial error and it will cost Outdoor365 money to replace the item, but they were happy to do so - exemplary service.
Super Company to deal with
Super Company to deal with. I bought the Leatherman Charge + and although they say standard delivey can be 5 to 8 days it arrived early and it was competitively priced. I did have a query and phoned up and spoke to the lovely Martha/Katelyn so helpful and friendly. Would definitely use them again
Leatherman have discontinued the Juice…
Leatherman have discontinued the Juice C2 and I need a replacement pouch. Outrageous price of £39.95 for the genuine pouch, a bit of leather and 2 elastic sides?
I looked around and Outdoor 365 had a proper leather pouch with a loop and not a clip. I ordered the wrong size and they replaced it with no problems at all. Plus refunded a £2 difference right away.
A very helpful company great to deal with. The pouches are real leather, sturdy and a good quality. Highly recommended. I would not hesitate to use them again.
A company who care about their reputation
Changed my opinion. Initially pretty disappointed in customer service, but they have completely rescued the situation. I purchased a head torch as a Christmas present. When it was opened it had a crack in the body. I contacted Outdoor365.co.uk and I was told that as I had owned it for more than 30 days I should register the warranty and claim a replacement from Lenzer. I wasn't happy with this, told them so and they immediately sorted the situation. Would I buy from them again? YES. Definitely.
