We purchased the wall mounted 3m×4.3m pergola, keelan was really helpful from the very start, although we encountered a couple of minor issues during the build, keelan dealt with these promptly and professionally. customer service was brilliant from start to finish, even checking in via email, to see how the build was coming along. I couldn't be happier with the finished result! It's provided some much needed shade in our garden and it looks a lot more expensive than it actually was!

The quality of the pergola is very good although there was a couple of issues which was dealt with straight away by the owner and his team,would recommend to others thinking of purchasing a pergola,friendly helpful team very quick response to my issues would buy again.

We have been looking for a way to cover our Veranda so we can use our seating are more often for ages.
We've looked around & the prices we got quoted we're ridiculous. I stumbled across Outdoor Havens on Instagram & we couldn't be happier. The Pergola is perfect for our purposes. The free floor lamp is great & the price was brilliant. Keelan's service is also brilliant. He couldn't have been more helpful.
All in all. We couldn't be happier with our purchase & the whole process. We will definitely use Outdoor Havens again.

Excellent product at half the price.
I've been looking for a 4x3m pergola for a while and came across OutdoorHavens on Facebook.
Ordered one a few months ago which was delivered promptly.
Only just managed to erect it which took 2 people 4 hours.
At last I can sit outside in the rain.
And the free table lamp is lovely.
The only downside is that the company don't yet supply the sides for the pergola.
As they are a newish company, they have told me that they are looking into this forcthe near future.
In the meantime they are making enquiries as to where I could purchase some.

We had been thinking about a solid roof pergola for a while. Some of the quotes we received were quite frankly extortionate!! Clearly my viewing history had been noticed on Facebook and Outdoor Havens caught my eye. Keelen has been a great help with a very friendly professional nature. Once we'd made up our mind, I ordered and delivery was only a few days. When we came to open the boxes, every single piece was individually wrapped and a coded with letters and numbers. It took about 6 hours on a Sunday with 3 guys, including breaks for lunch and a well earned beer!! We are totally delighted with the finished set up and have no hesitation in recommending Outdoor Havens. Great company.

We had been looking for a pergola with a solid roof for some time and they were beyond our budget and then I happened upon an an advertisement for one at Outdoor Havens. Theirs was reasonably priced and delivery was fast. The assembly was pretty straightforward although we could have used another person or two to make it even easier. Instructions said 2 hours to complete. It took us almost 8 with breaks. The finished product is sturdy and well made. We absolutely love it.
I’m really impressed with their customer service. I had to email them about a couple of questions we had and they answered immediately. I would definitely order from them again. They rock!!!

Fit in with the garden well! Considering the suns starting to come out again this is a fantastic addition to our decor.

Absolutely in love with our fire pit table, it really kicks out some heat and kept us warm last night which was the first day uof (almost) spring that we could sit out star gazing. Quick delivery and easy to assemble. Plus fab friendly customer service. Great price. Defo recommend.

I have been wanting an egg chair for so long. I’m so happy I choose to purchase from Outdoor Havens. The chair is so well made and the cushions go perfectly with my out door furniture.
The only issue I have now is my kids arguing who’s going to sit on it.

We ordered the fire pit table recently and it’s quickly become our favourite part of the garden. It looks really smart and gives the whole seating area a much nicer feel.

What I like most is how easy it is to use. Once the gas is connected it lights straight away and you can adjust the flame depending on how warm you want it. It’s ideal for sitting outside in the evening when it starts to get a bit cooler.

Friends and family have already commented on it when they’ve come round because it looks great when it’s lit. It’s one of those things that makes you want to spend more time outside.

Overall really pleased with the purchase and the delivery was quick too. Would definitely recommend if you want something that makes your garden feel a bit more special.

The quality of the products are amazing! I have the Solace egg chair and I chose the beige coloured cushions to go with mine. Highly recommended ✨

Brilliant addition to the garden
Bought the rattan fire pit table a few weeks ago and it's genuinely transformed how we use our outdoor space. The build quality is really impressive — feels sturdy and well made, nothing flimsy about it at all.
Setting it up was easier than expected, maybe 45 minutes or so and the instructions were clear throughout. Everything clicked into place without any hassle.
What I really like is how adjustable the flame is — perfect for keeping the chill off on cooler evenings without it being overpowering. It's become the centrepiece of the garden and we find ourselves out there most evenings now.
Delivery was fast and it arrived really well packaged. Couldn't fault the whole experience from ordering to using it. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it — well worth it.

Beautiful fire pit - transforms our evenings

We purchased the rattan fire pit table and couldn't be happier with it. The quality is excellent - the rattan weave feels solid and the glass wind guard works perfectly.

Assembly was straightforward, took about 30-40 minutes with two people and clear instructions. Everything fitted together well with no issues.

The flame adjustment is smooth and gives great control - we can turn it up when it's cold or keep it low for ambiance. It actually keeps you warm on cooler evenings, which was important to us.

We've been using it most evenings since it arrived and it's become the focal point of our garden. The kids love sitting around it and we've had friends over who all commented on how good it looks.

Delivery was quick and well-packaged. Customer service was responsive when we had questions before ordering.

Really pleased with the purchase - it's exactly what we were looking for.
