Best desicion we've ever made
We had a slope in our garden that was wasted so decided to have a decking coming out from the house over the slope. We went to visit O.M.G and it was the best thing we've ever done! From the first instance we found the staff very helpful and amenable and made an appointment the next day for one of their staff to visit and determine sizes. The very next day we had a quote sent that was agreeable. We visited the showroom again to give the go ahead with the project and choose the materials and colours. We are glad of that because after discussion we decided to go with a glass balustrade. The project was started just a few weeks later and two lovely workers arrived promptly on the expected day. They worked like trojans all day and the next and finished the decking. The next day another lovely man returned to complete the balustrade of glass! We are absolutely thrilled by the work finished and excellent staff and service given from start to finish and we cannot believe the huge exspance to our garden living space that has made a tremendous difference thanks to O.M.G! New build garden transformation
Right from the beginning, from first phone call to the finished project, faultless. Efficient, courteous and very hard working teams that kept me updated through the job. I now have a fantastic social garden area. I am thrilled to bits and am looking forward to spending time in my new garden. Thoroughly recommend OMG for a garden makeover.

Beautiful decking using high grade materials
Initial contact was friendly and efficient with a home visit by the surveyor organised swiftly. The quote was received promptly and a very swift installation date arranged. The team of two arrived on time and were very efficient, friendly and focused. Excellent decking achieved using top grade materials. Love the end result to bits ! Great job by all involved, well done. Will definitely return for, future projects.

Very professional and pleasant company to deal with who recently installed new aluminium railings/ ballastrade on our outside patio. Terry who fitted them was brilliant and worked so hard to install them as it was difficult job. They are really great and I can totally recommend this Company to anyone who want something similar

Balcony revived
At my age when something appears too good to be true I know it usually is and means we give it a wide berth. In this case OMG exceeded our expectations and proved that sometimes it can be true. From meeting the receptionist at their beautiful showroom to meeting the surveyor and subsequently the technicians who did the work, our experience was easy, pleasant, stress free. Communication was constant, appointments kept on time, work efficiently done including leaving everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the result that has significantly improved the look of our space. Even paying was easy and relatively painless!

Amazing transformation from start to finish
From start to finish the transformation was absolutely amazing. The workmen kept me informed right the way through the transformation. Yo would not think it was the same garden.
All cleared away, no rubbish left. All odd bits taken away.

New Resin Drive
Excellent company highly recommended. Everything from the initial survey to the completion of the resin driveway was first class. Naomi kept us informed all the way through the process and the team carry out the work were very polite, respectful, helpful and informative.

Ed, the surveyor listened carefully to what we wanted.
This was completed to a high standard by a friendly, polite and hard working team led by Eli.
If we ever need any similar work done (the supply and installation of oak sleepers to frame garden areas and replacement of old wooden decking with composite) in the future we will have no hesitation in using OMG again.

Great service and super products
The team @OMG provided an excellent service from initial advice, through to delivery of the finished product (Resin Patio plus additional landscaping works).
The Ground Team worked really hard and listened to our requirements, so that we ended up with a great finished product that we can’t wait to use this Spring.

Traumatic in the extreme and not…
Traumatic in the extreme and not "finished off" well.
Resin rolled gravel looks lovely but the mess it made was unbelievable.
Work we contracted to be done on our shingle was never done and we declined to pay for this. Such a shame. All workmen seemed very hardworking, but were not entirely forthcoming and did not tell us that they were deviating from what we had been told would be done, and this left us with lots of things to do. Clearing up after them was phenomenal. Beware. Very efficient when it came to asking for payment!

Prompt service. Excellent workmanship. Very friendly staff. Work completed well within time scale given. Cannot fault. All old decking, subframe taken away and whole area left clean and tidier than it was before. Would highly recommend.

Large decking replacement
OMG replaced our large, very tired, timber decking and structure. From the first online enquiry to completion, communication was excellent and we were always made aware of progress. We did visit the showroom, which is well presented, so we were able to choose our product informatively. The installation team were outstanding and had to work through some very challenging weather. They were always on time, very hard working, diligent, conscientious, tidy and friendly. We can’t recommend OMG highly enough as our timber structure, composite decking and composite balustrade are exactly what we had hoped for and we can’t wait for some better weather so we can enjoy it. Our thanks to the whole team. Will definitely use OMG again.

Large Composite decking replacement
Had a large rather complicated composite deck replaced - including timber substructure. The planning, communication and the installation team where excellent - and great to work with. They were on time every day, worked tirelessly (whatever the weather), and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will certainly use them again. I am in an associated trade, so I know good quality when I see it - and these guys are the real deal.

What a great company having laid resin on my drive and foot paths have totally transformed my front garden and hence kerb appeal not to mention adding value to my bungalow.
