I've placed an order of ktm chicago disc 292 i received the cycle with deformation at side fork damage on right brake lever scratches at many places seems like they given returned cycle from previous customer and delivered to me due to that fork deformation slite oil leakage also at fork and i contacted customer service too their way of talking and attitude was completely different from before i placing an order it's completely scam i received cycle without tool kit

I ordered via their online portal and with help of their sales executive on 17/Oct/2025, and it was delivered on 26/Oct/2025. While assembling, I found the front fork bent, making it impossible to install the front tire.
I immediately contacted customer care and sent video and photo evidence as instructed. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution, no timeline, and no accountability.
On 14/Nov/2025, I escalated the issue to escalation and nodal email addresses mentioned in their portal, but received no response till date.
This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The brand’s response is pathetic, and they clearly do not care about customers after the sale. Avoid this brand at all costs!

Excellent backup by 91 team, great followup by 91 thru mail in contacting us until providing the exact problem of the cycle.
Vishnu representative at chennai helped us getting in touch with 91 main office and ensured the sparepart reaches us and arranged technician *yakub* with our availability.
Yakub work was appreciable for the time he took to complete the work and delivering us the service and for his valuable advice on maintenance of cycle.

Thankyou 91 for supporting us in the most needy time, as my son cycle was his support to reach him his study centres in time and effortlessly and you gave us the sparepart as per warranty, which is going to help his journey smooth in the dire need time of his 12 th studies.
