Bought the 50,000 mah solar battery…
Bought the 50,000 mah solar battery pack, it's definitely not 50,000mah. Barely charges my phone. Feels cheap. Left it in the sun for a week and only managed to charge up 1 bar. Definitely over priced for something that barely works

Great little trimmer
Great little trimmer, it has more power than you would think just seeing its size. Just don't use it for too long each time. I mainly use the cord for triming, the supplied plastic ones kept breaking. It's nice and light and easy for my wife to use it. Overall a 4 star.

Great customer service
I bought an item that wasn't working as I expected. I let Outdoor toolbox know and the staff were very receptive about the feedback and then went above and beyond in order to resolve the issue for me. I would definitely buy from them again. The customer service was great.

Struggled at first...but got help later.
Quick delivery etc. Product didn't have a way to connect into my car audio other than being wired in professionally as far as I could tell. As I can't afford to have that done the product sound was worse than just using my phone without it.
Update: A customer service rep emailed me with some instructions I was missing that helped me broadcast my device to a radio frequency and tune in with my car. So the sound works well now. Still can be difficult to hear when a phone call goes through because that seems to change how the sound works but overall I'm happy with my experience.

I'd like to inform you that the 7" CarPlay can be connected to your car radio via FM transmission. Simply set both the CarPlay device and your car radio to the same empty FM channel—it's quick and easy! No professional wiring is required.

Poor Customer service and product both
Would have loved to make this work, however, the screen is not meant for the outdoor glare conditions. It is like a laptop screen (when you take that outside, all of sudden, it just becomes a reflective mirror-like surface, with all images faded away). Not only is this extremely distracting (you only see the reflection of the clouds and yourself), you can no longer see the display whatsoever; it is not well-designed to be in an "outdoor" setting at all. Moreover, if your sunglasses are UV protected (almost all sunglasses are like that), their UV filter completely blacks out the screen if you are on a slight angle; unless your are looking at the screen from a perfect centered angle, everything goes dark and glary. Screen looked great indoors, but once you put it in the car and get outside, all of the weaknesses of an "indoor" device screen comes to light (pun intended :) ) I would love to see this product be enhanced with appropriate outdoor-ready/anti-glare, etc. addition, to address the current very bad display design flaws. Had to return it (return experience was quite a hassle, Outdoor ToolBox was not responsive to honor their 100% satisfaction return policy until I pinged them on social media)
