Defective Blaster
I ordered the AIT x 40MAX Lightning Blaster and got a defective one. The select fire did not work and was stuck in safe mode. Even put the 9.0.6 firmware on it and it would not fire a dart. I spoke with a gentleman named Luke and told him my situation and he sent me another one within an hour of first reaching out. Very responsive and helpful team here at OOD

Out of darts customer service is very…
Out of darts customer service is very responsive, but they lied to me when it shipped out, shipped it out 3 days later, then when I paid for 3 day shipping, the usps says they bought 5 day shipping. Do better.

Out Of Darts Products
I ordered a part from out of darts, I received a defected part, I asked for help through email, and they responded quickly, and made the whole process to get a new part VERY easy. They refunded me for the new part after shipping issues. BUT, the new part, is also defected. Literally the same thing as the first one. I sent them a video of both defected product, and they sent me a email basically saying, We already refunded you, because of that, we cant really help you anymore. Bruh, what! I am thankful for the refund on the the second part cuz of shipping issues, but... THEY SENT ME A SECOND DEFECTED PART. I guess imma go buy my part else where. Thanks out of darts.

They are an American Company
They are an American Company. They took a payment for my
order then said they could not deliver the order to us. They should NOT have taken the payment if they could not deliver to England. BEWARE
