We have used Outrageous cabins 4 times and have never once encountered a problem. Easy check in, beautiful cabin (mountain splendor) Starr crest resort great roads, always attentive especially when it snowed never a problem moving around resort. Had questions, staff always friendly and helpful. We will be back.

We have been staying with outrageous cabins for years but not anymore. We rented cabin this last weekend and noticed an old dried blood stain on our sheets. We called the office for a new set, 8hrs later still no clean sheets and had to call again. Talk to the manager today and she said she thought the stain was created by us. Why would I make this up? My husband and are full time professionals and have no motive to make this up. Just thought we deserved cleaning charge back since we had to sleep with stain the first night without knowing it was present. Working in healthcare I know the risk of blood borne pathogens. Worst customer service!!

Follow up to your reply. I NEVER said the stain could have been mine and there was not blood stain tissues in our bathroom. Why would I make the phone call in the first place if I thought it was from us? What lies!! By the way we took all the trash out right before we left. If I was going to make up a story up like this I sure wouldn’t left evidence. Geez. This is so disheartening. We visit Pigeon forge multiple x per year and stayed in all the major cabin companies including yours often. You can look at our record and call the rest and see we’ve never had a compliant until now. This is not about a partial refund, trust me we don’t need one. It all about the lies you are accusing us of. I can’t believe this. Shame on you and your staff!! I’ll pray for you all!!

We just had to cancel a part of our stay for the second time in the past 2 years for the death of a family member. I spoke with Arissa at Outrageous Cabins, and she talked me through it and helped us once again. Always a comfortable, professional and helpful phone conversation. Thanks so much! The landscapers use the adjacent gravel lot as their storage so there was little to no privacy sitting out on the deck with a constant flow of truck trailers and people in and out, not to mention the fact that it's also right outside the master bedroom so there was often interrupted peace and quiet

We spent three nights at the Moondance cabin and really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is showing a little wear from inconsiderate guest but was clean, quiet, and well supplied. Really enjoyed the double shower, the view of the sunrise from the deck, and the hottub. We enjoyed the cabin at the end of the drive and being somewhat secluded from the neighboring cabins.

My Hubby and I rented A Bears View cabin February 2022 and it was exactly what I viewed on line. VERY CLEAN, all I had to do was add my favorite scented candle to feel at home. We enjoyed our stay and everything was just LOVELY. The hot tub was the icing on the cake after a long day. The neighborhood was peaceful and the few attractions that we visited were very interesting. Ohhh and the night view was just Gorgeous! Yesss, a recommendation for this cabin/resort is a definite share and we do look forward to rented from Outrageous Cabins again soon 🥰. Thank You for a Grand Staycation!!

We just stayed 4 days in Almost Perfect and it was Perfect. We had great views and the beds slept great . Had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

We booked a cabin with outrageouscabins for the 2nd year in a row. I booked again with them because, I loved the area, and the cabin we had last year. We stay in the area at least once a year and now I will always be booking with them. We have loved our stay both times and have 0 complaints. I have chronic pain from arthritis and do not sleep well at home. But, the mattresses and pillows are so comfortable I slept all night for the first time in months. ( I am going to need the info on these so i can purchase for my home!) Great views, clean cabins and comfy beds.

Stayed at Unforgettable View and yes it was an unforgettable view! Beautiful view of the mountains and you were not right next to anyone. The cabin was very clean and well stocked and beautifully decorated.The only thing it needed was light bulbs for the lamps and the outside light needed replacing. We had to grill with a flashlight but that just made for a humorist evening. Definitely would use Outrageous Cabins again. Already recommended to friends.

We stay at Almost Heaven and we were in love ! My boyfriend stay at Outrageous Cabin before but this was my first time with the kids. Omg I love this place. Kids had so much fun. The cabin had everything we needed to cook, I was in love with the bathrooms, everything worked, well not the fireplace but that was not a big deal. I love, love, love the view. I was staring at it for hours. Kids love playing up stairs and taking bath in the jacuzzi, actually the used it almost every day. I can’t wait to be back! I actually cried when we leave. Everything was a dream come true.

We just stayed 2 nights in Mountain Dream. This is our second stay with Outrageous Cabins. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. The check in process by email was easy. We love that we are able to travel with our furry family member, Sadie Mae the Dalmatian. The views can't be beat. The hot tub was relaxing. We highly recommend staying with Outrageous Cabins. Extremely relaxing & all around enjoyable.

We recently stayed at the Eagles Pointe cabin, and we could not have been more pleased. The cabin was meticulously clean and spacious, the view breathtaking, and the entire check-in and check-out process was very simple, especially in these pandemic days. Kelsey in the office was extremely helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. We had one issue with a coffee pot that was broken on the bottom and they replaced it right away. We will definitely book through Outrageous Cabins if we return to the Smokies in the future, and most likely will book the Eagles Pointe cabin specifically. Thank you for making our son's high school graduation trip a wonderful memory, especially when so many of his would-be memories were taken away from him this year.

We are regular visitors to the Gatlinburg/pigeon forge area. While the booking process was easy, the cabin was not what we expected. The kitchen was small, utensils sparse. The first morning the toaster caught fire, flames coming out of it. We reported it, the office said they would replace, later in the day we were told we would have to stop by the office to pick it up, they were too busy to drop it off. The furniture was dated, the couch in the living room was broken down, uncomfortable. The cabin was clean in the surface. The hot tub was not working properly, it ran constantly it was loud and vibrated throughout the cabin. We contacted the office, they said it runs to heat up, it was 80 degrees outside. The cabins were close together, there was a cabin across the street called “the party hut” the group there were loud all through the night, you could hear yelling at 3:00 am, every night we were there. The price of the cabin was the only thing outrageous about this cabin... we will look elsewhere for our next stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It was just the right size for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs. It is in a great location with beautiful views..
